    Thank you so much! I recently found your videos through a friend psychologist, and it's been such a discovery! These exercises made me feel some uncomfortable sensations in the chest area.

      Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad you're exploring the videos. And, it's ok to have uncomfortable sensations arise during embodiment practices; in fact, it's part of the experience to explore your tolerance for discomfort without overwhelm. If things become too uncomfortable, that's a cue from your body to take a break :)

      Self-holding can sometimes be way too much if there is not enough felt sense of safety in the body. I completely hear you.
