All time zones are New York. Asian session for JPY pairs, London or New York sessions for USD pairs

How are you identifying orderblocks? Aren’t the big candles considered OB?
For bullish order block, the last bearish candle before it make a big bullish candle/ impulse bullish candle
A order block is the opening price of one or the first candle, if there are several of them in a row, against the price movement that took place after the reversal. Please note that this is the opening price.
Im confused when you say " down closed candle or up closed candle . What are you referring to??
I think it means supply n demand or maybe the last bulish candle on top and last bearish candle zone at the swing low
