You used 15min as your point of external liquidity identification but you will only consider this as a liquidity sweep if you already went down to the 1min time frame (which defeats the purpose of using the 15min TF). If you use the same concept, then the bear candle with a long top wick at 2/2:15am would be a liquidity sweep of the immediate price consolidation on the left.

Sometimes price never returns to the 1st one and 2 or 3 more FVGs form, so I set limit orders on them but take a market order on the FVG that price actually taps into and target the DOL. If price reaches the DOL before the previous FVGs are filled I cancel the limit orders, but if price does tag me into the trade then I'll have 2 -3 trades going to the DOL. My 1st market order will have the most contracts and the limit orders will have less risk and act as runners. My goal is to get my profits as quickly as possible and let the runners be extra cherries on top 🍒 Hope that helps.
It is always the highs and lows that give rise to an expansive movement. This movement needs to break a structure and form a new range. It is at these extremes that external liquidity is found. Everything inside this range is internal liquidity.

It's just confusing however if you see a series of fair value gaps to choose from,non of them is wrong to use,but you might easily miss,so you instead draw a Fibonacci retracement indicator in the leg that has those fvgs and take its 50 percent level as your entry,then stop loss on the first candle wick for the three candles that make the first fvg Then to 1:2
Also is there a time block to pull the high and low that we're looking to break? For example, if we're trading 10-11am do we look for high's and low's from the London Session, Asian, or specific time like 3am-8am? Cheers

My exact thinking. Cause some of his liquidity lows were from 2 days before. For example he focused on 9th when the date was 11th

3-4 am NY (8-9am UK), 10-11am NY ( 3-4pm UK)

ICT said the set up should offer at least 20 pips to be a considerable trade to be taken
Still I would say it is pretty difficult for me at least to find a set up offering 20 pips at least
