    I have literally never done macrame before today. This tutorial was so perfect I signed in FROM Pinterest to make this comment. As long as you take it slow, look over your work, and dedicate 2-5 hours for your first try- this tutorial teaches you this in the easiest way I could possibly imagine. Thank you, liked, subscribed- you’re literally amazing.

    Un tutorial così chiaro si trova raramente!😍
    Ho solo un dubbio su come calcolare la lunghezza dei fili, ad esempio per un cabochon di 4cm di diametro... Puoi spiegarmi come fare? Mi piacerebbe molto sapere anche come lo concludi. Grazie di cuore 🙏🏻

  • @butlerlisamarie83

    Is there a way these can be made interchangeable, So you take one crystal out and replace with another one?

    • @SmeRuci_
      @SmeRuci_  2 года назад +1

      Usually, it is not done like that because each cabochon is different. Also, the knotting is made in a way to extra secure the stone so it doesn't fall out.

    Would like to know if the width is made too small, it won't fit well right?
    I tried to do one, but the knots seems untidy, not in straight line. I wonder is that due to uneven force applied?
    Very good video.

    • @SmeRuci_
      @SmeRuci_  4 года назад

      It's better for the width to be bigger than smaller. If it's small, the cabochon will slide out. The knotts become untidy because you need to have the perimeter strings secured well when knotting and also as you said, using even force for every knott.

    How do u keep the space even? I am practising with wire, but the further i wrap, thr smaller it gets. I cant seem to keep the distance even. Th k u

    • @SmeRuci_
      @SmeRuci_  2 года назад +1

      It is mainly a lot of practice. You need to give the same pressure to each node, keep the strings or wires strained, and if something moves, try repositioning it while you still can.

    Great idea to use the two colored cords but why is this in fast motion? It's harder to follow with weird unnatural movement.

      Hello! 🤗 I don't actually know exactly the dimensions. We have created this stand by ourselves without any specific project. We made just what we felt right. You can use also a simple folder with two clips.

    • @SmeRuci_

      You can continue the knotting with the remaining strings. Or you can add more cord between the knottings.
