I’m tryin to use my ps5 camera to stream on twitch but for some reason on OBS it isn’t showing up nor is my microphone what can I do to fix this issue? please help

dude youre a real one! this video was perfect timing, I had my first stream last night and missed my first follower because botrix must have drop the alert ( either that or because I didnt know about the extension until now) but I was about to spend the night googling to find out why! will definitely share the chanel with the homies!

Hey man, great vid. Do you know how to change the stream title for Kick on Restream? I have twitch and kick linked and it will change the title for twitch but it seems you can only change the title on kick manually on their website. Any work around is appreciated!

That way I can tell the follower/subscriber/donor/ etc, thank by name, since I can only see them on my obs or vods, which I can’t do on one screen (my gaming (main) screen).

Usually most people use 2 monitors so that way you can see the alerts and chat pop up on one screen and your game on the other

Very nice content very helpful! I just have a question about the alerts. I only have one monitor so I followed your tutorial on how to get chat notifications to pop up on my screen while I play. Will this achieve the same result? I really would like to not have to switch tabs for followers or view count

For some reason my alerts won't play, also my event labels won't update. What it shows on the Botrix website is different from what shows up on my obs screen. I'm certain I'm doing it right, is there some reason they wouldn't sync?
Not 100% sure, but if you post in the botrix discord, the devs should be able to locate the issue! lmk if you end up solving it!
Just one question are you able to make so you can see these alerts in game or no? if no I'm guessing I would need a second monitor
Right now I don't believe you can, you might be able to but it'd be a little complex
I found Botrix 1 week before and fall in Love. I have finally a Bot that can do Twitch, Kick and RUclips in once. I have problems, that the bot doesnt react on commands on Twitch. I created the commands for all three. The chatbot is also activated on Twitch and got Mod. But I dont get it why it wont work.
I'd recommend posting in the botrix discord so they can take a look from the back end

what will happen if you got multiple followers + gifts at the same time, will the alerts still show one by one or will it override the display and show only the recent action/alert? Is there a way to separate where the followers or gifts in the screen? like right side for follows and left for gifts?

EDIT: It does work on opera, so anyone else with this question, all you have to do is press accept, it looks like it will white screen kick but just refresh it twice and it fixes it.

I have the exact same overlays as you ironically. Is there a way to take the sounds from that overlay pack and put them into botrix so I don't have to make new ones? I'm switching from twitch to Kick.
Yeah! If you bought your overlay package from OWN3D. TV then the folder should contain a folder with Alert Sounds files that you can upload from

Yup! Use the same browser source url, change your botrix profile > alerts to customize each set of alerts

It will only multistream if you have the streamlabs ultra subscription, but you might have to log out of twitch if you don't have ultra

You can use streamlabs, but you need botrix, same process as obs

Yup! That one alert box source will also cover your alerts from your other connected profiles. I wish I would've covered that in the video, but unfortunately didn't come to mind at the time. If you want to disable your Twitch alerts, then you'd go to your Twitch Profile > Alerts > Disable all of them.
great video's for beginners on kick, subscribed!. i followed this all but i still dont hear my alerts during stream, any idea's what it could be ? i do hear them when i test them in preview window but when i send a test to obs i dont hear them
Weird not sure. Try posting in the botrix discord - also try this: Make sure the browser source has been added to your broadcasting system and has been tested. If audio isn't coming through for you or your viewers, try selecting “control audio via [broadcasting system]” and then go to your audio advanced propertiess. Change that browser source to monitor and output.

I'd recommend switch to ethernet if you're currently streaming via wifi

when i press the follower button on botrix it plays on obs but when i actually get a follower on kick theres no alert. any tips?
I'd recommend re-adding the browser source and turning on and off the alerts in botrix

You only need 1 alert box and you can place it wherever you want
please make a video or a short explaining how to download and upload your own sound !!!
Go to MyInstants (for example www.myinstants.com/en/instant/vine-boom-sound-70972/ ) and click download MP3 and then click the green button next to the SFX on botrix, find that mp3 you downloaded and upload that to botrix

is there a way to have separate browser sources/widget urls for each alert. Like I do not want me followers and subs overlapping or my follower noti being the same size as my sub one. I could do in for twitch a while back. idk about botrix though.
I don't think you can separate them in BotRix quite yet, but you can disable certain alerts in BotRix if that helps at all
I've got a question. With Twitch, when I stream I use my phone to monitor my viewers, followers and chat via the Twitch app very smoothly. Is there a better way to do it with Kick except directly though thier app? Because when I do it though Kick app, I constantly have to touch the screen to see how many people are watching me.
I don't believe so, at least not yet. Their app is kinda wonky at the moment
I did this and my alert shows up on obs but not the viewers screen I done everything step by step in this video and I’ve noticed in the activity feed mine doesn’t say “kick alerts connected with Botrix” what do I do the moderator part and everything else went smooth
So that Green banner you're talking about got removed in an update so don't worry about that. But as far as it not working, I'd suggest posting in the botrix discord so the mods can check it out
For some reason i cant get it to test properly in my OBS Streamlabs, even when i copy the same URL, i hit test alert and nothing happens.
I would recommend joining the botrix discord and posting in there since one of the devs can check from their end :D
