  • Jack Moreman's story begins during 1935 in Hedley, Texas. I hope you enjoy meeting Jack and hearing some of his personal life stories as Buster Bruce and I visit with him in his office in Clarendon, Texas. This video is the first segment of our two-hour visit and we look forward to a return visit to record more of his wonderful memories.

Man in these days when everyone is messaging cell phones its easy to see the old ways were much better and the people were more loving. Men were men and the women were glad of it. My grandfather could roll a bull durham cigarette with one hand .I think many of those old timers could. He would close the drawstring on the bag with his teeth while holding the new cigarette in the other. He spent his time on tractors though not horses though he did come to Mississippi with my grandmother in a covered wagon. She was born in 1897.He I think in 1892 or so.
