Excellent announcements as always. Much appreciated as always Tom. When I first heard the ScotRail service to Newcastle I had to rewind the video to make sure I wasn’t hearing things but no I heard it right a ScotRail service to Newcastle which I thought was a ScotRail service as far as Carlisle then a Northern service to Newcastle I guess it’s a straight run thru. Could you maybe do some announcements at Runcorn please? Take care stay safe 👍😎

Nice video does ScotRail actually go to Newcastle I thought they go as far as Carlisle and then alternate with Northern Trains to Newcastle. Scottish Female is definalty well suited to Metro lines.

Thanks Jamie! There is one through service from Glasgow to Newcastle via Carlisle although its crewed by Northern from Newcastle. The change of operator though isn't really important enough to be in Karen's announcement
