Another good episode! I had started a different playthrough of this wonderful game but they weren't going after all the secrets like you were so dropped it and picked yours up. Personally, I would have flipped that Augment with 2 squares worth to put it in that one horizontal spot, but that's just me.
Well, you'll see me swapping augments around a lot up ahead, though I'll be careful to edit to skip the process of deciding on them. And yeah, I feel ya on hating non-completionist playthroughs, I can't stand all the people who aren't 100%ing Astro Bot.

Huzzah for exploration and discovering more places and powerups. Increasing damage and a magnet ability don't mind if I do. It's always good being able to get drops to fly to the player. The time taken to pick everything up takes a while, even if I do tend to want to grab as much as possible so I don't miss anything.
Emi's comment of fighting an anime mech just hit the funnybone and has me chuckling. Oh I'm now very curious what she would say if she joined Chai on his adventure or starts breaking the fourth wall apart from the one room where she thinks she's been here before. One thing I do believe is that Peppermint would be more helpful than Mal is being here.
Finding a room full of water was a surprise, but laser walls with more lasers all over the place. Does the company assume they have giant bug problems? If so maybe this is why they over do the cleaning in this place, but at the same time the number of guards here just feels like the red flag of wearing hiding something. Don't look behind this obvious neon curtains we can nibble through. Even Emi and the team agrees with this thought except the smell maybe coming from whatever mad science is being performed down here.
Either we're going to find Miss Davidson again or someone else who will send another mech after us. Unless they're hiding someone who's been experimented on to be the next boss. I'm curious if we could have a chance to recruit someone who is working at the co.pany to help us, like Korsica.
There's so many options and ideas running around that I'm not sure what to write next. Best answer for the moment is to jump into Sea of Stars I'm about to rewatch the tournament B'st wanted to experience.
Ya know, a crossover between this and Hi-Fi Rush does sound pretty damn good...
If the game suddenly revealed that we're a team highered by the one in Hi-Fi Rush I wouldn't be surprised, but I'd still be curious what would happen if the two teams worked on a mission together. With a chance for 808 to assist, oh yeah it's all coming together.

Ah man. Maybe someday they'll think of a crossover, but until then it's fun to imagine the what ifs.
