They should make the fire blue (the same color as the wraithfires) when you won't take damage to indicate that it won't hurt you

IX was my jam for a long time, until around level 150 master prestige. Started playing the other 2 base maps and tbh I think Voyage may be my new marathon map. 4 players on IX can get bad quick if people start criss-crossing each other on the map whereas Voyage and Blood each player can find good spots to train zombies.
You have damage immunity and damage resistance mixed up, regarding traps

Micah Scanzillo while I completely agree with you in general, I have been able to complete the fire immunity side Easter egg multiple times without ever sliding under the acid trap. I just kill 5 different types of zombies with the blade and acid traps and slide under the blade trap and I gain immunity after taking damage from the fire once.
I’ve gotten the immunity randomly by killing alot of Special zombies by both traps but i just tried everything in this video and it did not work. Im 100% i did everything exactly as shown in this video and i didnt get it

howsittastes There is another video posted by someone, and he does not get the completion sound cue until the moment he slides under the acid trap. Maybe it doesn't matter which trap you slide under but it's obvious that sliding under the acid trap at least sometimes is part of getting fire immunity.
But this isn't even accurate

I’m not sure if this got updated or not, but I tried it in my game and I got the activation noise as soon as I killed the last zombie with the acid trap. I didn’t need to slide under the other traps to activate it
Thinking about it a bit further actually, I think you do need to slide under the traps, however I think you can do that as well as killing the zombies in any order. Before I got the activation sound I had slid under the blade trap for my challenges, and I slid under the acid trap when I killed the first catalyst zombie. It's possible that all of those things just need to be done, but maybe you don't actually have to wait until after the catalyst kills to slide under traps
When completing this does this apply this to every one on the team or just the person who completed it?

How do you reverse it. I’m on round 47 and decided to do the Easter egg but I need to take fire damage to lower my crowd thing

Wow thanks Dalek, I never knew what challenges were or how they work or how to construct the acid trap.
I've done this differently, this is how I did it:
1: Kill 4 different catalyst zombies with the acid trap
2: Slide under the blade trap without taking any damage
3: Kill 4 catalyst zombies with the blade trap
I didn't have to kill a tiger with nor buy the acid trap and slide under it without taking damage and it worked for me live on stream. Still glad you finally saw this EE. Cheers

I used this ee b4, but I was never sure what the exact steps are. ( I basically did everything and at some point it worked. never did slide beneath the acid trap intentionally).

Is this different if you're playing with multiple players? Does everyone need to do the steps individually (other than building the acid trap)?

No I wasnt taking fire damage and I searched this up and never slid under any traps or even used any traps and it lasted a lot longer

I'm use to hearing this accent when watching guides. Idk how
"Immunity" should be used very lightly. You don't be come immune to the acid, you just take less damage, and you aren't fire immune, you take damage from each grate each round. That's not what immunity means.
That's what I was thinking, he probably meant resistance
So the question is does this connect to all players if you are playing 4 players or do all the players have to do the sliding?

Hello, I just wanted to tell you that maybe I discovered in Easter Egg? When you play in Classified in the Pack a Punch room, the structures disappear after a while, and power ups appear where the structures were. I am now in lap 53 and I've been through it 3 times already. I do not know how often it goes on. I hope you read this comment :d
If you are in an online game, does everyone have to do this or does one person completing this with one peraon affect other players as well?

Does this not work on Casual? I've killed all 5 twice, sliding under blades is easy to do even after it's started, and I've slid under the acid almost right after buying it 3-4 times with the immunity not activating. Maybe I'm sliding too early or too far right when it comes to the acid, but I've tried it a few ways. So now I remember why I didn't add this to my routine when I first saw this a couple years ago.
Yo dalek, think i found something to a new easteregg in IX. On a dogg/tiger round if you go up the second store of the odin a little caged door will open. On the left you will see a blue opject you can shoot and it wil disapear. Thats how far i’ve got

You also need to be set on fire at least once, it's an overlooked step but I just got the easter egg sound after doing the rest of the steps and then touching a fire pit...
i have played nine the most and i did not know this existed
So atm I'm playing with bots but I somehow have this easter egg unlock but I have not built the acid trap at all. Any idea on what happened and if it can be redone?
If done, does this work for the whole team?

thank you for this educational guide about ix (my second favourite map in the game 1st being botd because I'm so good anyway back to ix the is very simple map layout i thought when i first got this game ix would be the worst map but no because thats voyage of despair that map is way to big any thanks for reading my comment on the website commonly refer to as youtube)

You could simply run, slide, and jump over the fire before you finish sliding. You tend to jumo higher. I realized this worked while I trained in the higher 30's and had yet to even get the para for the trap

Ive got this many times and I’ve never slid under the acid trap. Also not sure if I ever killed a tiger with it. All I’ve done is kill elementals with the acid trap and spike traps until I hear the audible queue.
UseThe4orce Same. I thought it was just kill every elemental type in both traps. I’m pretty sure the tiger kill in the acid trap is needed at least in my experience
Side quests in The Voyage of Despair please. The doll, and The zombie in the kitchen.
I don’t think the sliding under the acid trap is a necessary step. I didn’t know what were the steps for the immunity but I usually got it every few games and I’ve never slid under the trap or went under it after activating it and I would still get it.

I've also triggered that easter egg by dying to the fire twice, being resurrected by friends each time (im a noob, bo4 zombies is my first cod lol). After the second time dying to the fire all I had to do at the beginning of each fire round was take fire damage twice - it doesn't matter from which wall of fire, I just had to take damage twice. After that the rest of the round I was immune to fire, but idk about trap damage (didn't test that). I've been able to replicate it in 3 games.

Dalek I think there’s a side easterr egg on classified : because there as note in one of the draws in the central filling and there is a symbol on of the tv’s 📺 around the map
Central is the room near spawn
Also there is a symbol on the paper
Takeo says a certain line when u pick it up
Haven’t searched for anything else to do with the so called Easter egg

I've followed the other guide who mentioned to kill each 4 catalyst zombies with both acid trap and blade trap..
There is a classified Easter egg that has not yet been solved there are little pieces of paper around the map that you can collect but don’t know what they do yet, a couple of the locations are in the presidents office next to the Benjamin Franklin head in one of the books sticking out, another is on the cat walk in the war room on one of the shelves, there are multiple of these pieces of paper around the map, they must mean something right?
there punch cards like in blood of the dead if u looked at em so maybe a computer like the one in blood where u put the punchcard to turn on the monitors for the ee id be lookin for a computer like that

I think there might be another way.. my buddy and I were playing and he ended up being 100% immune to fire. Never even built the trap. Still have no idea what (we) did. It was just him, not myself. Good video though, will try this soon.

Never slid under any traps or farmed elementals like this. And no one in my group did, I just jumped thru the symbols over the fire a couple.times and it seemed to grant immunity and even then it wasnt permanent. You had to redo it.
What is the hype on putting a silencer on the starting pistol, what's that all about?

I did this yesterday and it definitely took more then 1 of each special zombie. It took about 5/6 of each elemental zombie. I also 100% did NOT slide under the acid trap so i don’t know whats up with that
