Small clarification about Baby Don't Cry, cause I love sharing this with new fans: The Korean title translates to A Mermaid's Tears~ It's based on the original version by Hans Christian Andersen, which is a *lot* darker. Among the much darker parts is the mermaids don't have souls, they turn into sea foam when they die (tho, they live longer than humans). If she wins the love of the prince & marries him, part of his soul will move into her. But if he marries someone else, the day after she'll die and turn into sea foam. He does marry someone else. But the mermaid gets a chance in the form of dagger for her to kill the prince while he's sleeping and use his blood to return to being a mermaid. (She doesn't do this in the original, but it still has a kinda happy ending anyways.) Baby Don't Cry is an alternative take if the prince had woke up and encouraged her to do the deed~~~ This is why the most iconic stages for Baby Don't Cry are the way they are, especially the end~~~^.^ Kai and Sehun separated by a large space, dancing at each other, reaching out for each other, collapsing into the water, etc
I agree, Don’t Go would still be one of their best songs to date. But it is equally good with Peter Pan, as well. This album will be the closest to my heart 😊

Honestly, for a *lot* of EXO-Ls Don't Go is *THE* EXO/EXO-L song, and EXO seems to return the sentiment^.^ (Don't Go, Moonlight, and Angel are the undefeated queens, the holy trinity~~~) The EXO'luXion Don't Go stage is one of my favorite videos to watch when I need some healing^.^ Xiumin particularly really seems to love Don't Go; he'll call fans things like "Butterfly Girls"~~~ Xiumin even did an alternative version of the song called "I Go" before his enlistment, and all the little details he put into will break your heart!!!

wolf definitely has an adjustment period 😂 once you've heard it a few times and the shock has worn off, the more beautiful elements start to stand out. it took me several listens before i got it, but when it clicked, it clicked. also not one of my favorites, but i have so much love for that song and this album 💙 thank you for at least giving the song another shot 😂😂

This album is a masterpiece ,this EXO-K version is so precious. EXO-M version was another kind of mood for me. Cause' we had Tao and Luhan, Chen was a monster with Lady and Let out the beast, and Lay in Baby don't cry makes me reallly cry OMG I love music and I love EXO
It doesn't seem to be stated by anyone in the comments, but Lucky is the song that was written by EXO for k-exols specifically. It's a bit conjecture, but in recent years, at least before enlistments began, a few intl fans were a bit sad about the lyrics to it, especially in the beginning where they sing a line about speaking the same language. It's a very clear and distinct nod to Korean fans for obvious reasons, so intl fans felt left out of the equation with the lyrics' existence. I unfortunately cannot remember if the boys did anything to adjust the lyrics of it for later concerts or not, I'd like to think that they did because they do have a _ton_ of intl fans, most of whom are probably learning Korean whilst the boys are learning their language as much as they can. In the end though, that lyric may end up meaning something else entirely, when intl fans and EXO can speak each others languages and still be connected. ♥The live version of this on Spotify (or even on YT!) from the EXO'luXion is so so so cute and the ending gets me so emotional every single time without fail. What a blast from the past. I love EXO so much. Thanks for the awesome video and reaction !!!

This is the era I'm obsessed with. Like literally. I still remember my classmate in middle school introduced me to exo and I became a HUGE fan of them. 'My lady' is my all-time fav song from Exo
When this album was released back then, this is the era where I'm writing love songs as well, I just don't know why but EXO is such a great group with such sweet songs made. Until now I can't get enough of them, now I'm 25 and still a D.O. bias and we have same genres in singing. I do perform at genres that he sings as well, I sing his songs most of the time. Been chilling now coz it's real life and we have so many responsibilities but never regrets stanning on them.
Dont go has been my fav since i heard it back then. It does make me feel so nostalgic too! Xiumin did is own verson of dont go and its just as beautiful as you think it would be T.T

This album is a masterpiece ,this EXO-K version is so precious. EXO-M version was another kind of mood for me. Cause' we had Tao and Luhan, Chen was a monster with Lady and Let out the beast, and Lay in Baby don't cry makes me reallly cry OMG I love music and I love EXO
It doesn't seem to be stated by anyone in the comments, but Lucky is the song that was written by EXO for k-exols specifically. It's a bit conjecture, but in recent years, at least before enlistments began, a few intl fans were a bit sad about the lyrics to it, especially in the beginning where they sing a line about speaking the same language. It's a very clear and distinct nod to Korean fans for obvious reasons, so intl fans felt left out of the equation with the lyrics' existence. I unfortunately cannot remember if the boys did anything to adjust the lyrics of it for later concerts or not, I'd like to think that they did because they do have a _ton_ of intl fans, most of whom are probably learning Korean whilst the boys are learning their language as much as they can. In the end though, that lyric may end up meaning something else entirely, when intl fans and EXO can speak each others languages and still be connected. ♥The live version of this on Spotify (or even on YT!) from the EXO'luXion is so so so cute and the ending gets me so emotional every single time without fail. What a blast from the past. I love EXO so much. Thanks for the awesome video and reaction !!!

This is my fav Exo Album so far, a no skip one and it has some of my fav songs like Lucky, Don’t Go and Peter Pan. I really like 365 and ofc Baby Don’t cry and for me Black Pearl is a hidden gem

I think this album will forever be in my top 3 exo albums. It just reminds me of the time i got into kpop and this album dropped and it instantly made me stan them. I just have fond memories with every song in this album. The chinese version of heart attack is still in my top 3 exo songs. Gosh XOXO album is like a home to me. Something about it just makes me wanna go back and listen to it every year. No skip album! Crazy first full length album for a rookie group back then. I can't wait for MiD album! Xoxo, MiD, Exodus and Universe is definitely my fave EXO album. I cant wait for you to listen to them❤
This is the era I'm obsessed with. Like literally. I still remember my classmate in middle school introduced me to exo and I became a HUGE fan of them. 'My lady' is my all-time fav song from Exo
When this album was released back then, this is the era where I'm writing love songs as well, I just don't know why but EXO is such a great group with such sweet songs made. Until now I can't get enough of them, now I'm 25 and still a D.O. bias and we have same genres in singing. I do perform at genres that he sings as well, I sing his songs most of the time. Been chilling now coz it's real life and we have so many responsibilities but never regrets stanning on them.
Dont go has been my fav since i heard it back then. It does make me feel so nostalgic too!
