Hi what is the routine im trying to find “indian ayuverda” hair care routine i cant find a specific one . I know the first step is oiling the hair but is it just the scalp or scalp and hair ? And does the hair pavk also work as the shampoo? Is the pack a cleanser and deep conditioner at the same time ? Then how long do you leave it on for? Do you add heat? Then whats the last step ? Adding oils back on ?

Hi dear Upasana thankyou 💕 and for rice water making u can simply use the first water that u wash the rice, and u can use this natural shampoo twice if u have mildly oiled your hair, but for heavy hair oiling use any herbal shampoo.

@Shayeri Roy if you are asking aabout MORINGA being the same as the leaf Sara is talking about in this video the answer is no it is a completely different herb. You will sometimes see Moringa called Oleifera as well.
