Life-long loss of permission to work as doctor. No surgery, no other doctor stuff, no way back.If your patient want to have healthy limb amputated you are supposed to consult him with psychiatrist/clinical psychologist to check if it isn't because of mental dysfunction and if not would are supposed to still say no.

I had to go to hospital after a injury, the doctor that assessed me had a Harry Potter tattoo on her face. Tattooing is getting to the point where doctors are getting them on there face and I think that's great, no one should be putting face tattoos down because the ones doing it are setting a standard that will help future generations have visible tattoos with no effect on there employment.

But it doesn't stop at just tattoos either hes pretty renown in the body modification community as a whole. A nearly 1-2+ YEAR waiting list for HIM himself kinda speaks for itself. 6+ months just to get ANYONE in his shop to work on you... that is if you are a nobody anyway. Celebs might have a slightly lower wait.. but not by much. The prices are a bit off putting but i guess when you build a name and shop up like Paul has over the years i guess thats just one of the parks that come along.. you can charge anything you want and people still wait for years if need be..

I'm pretty sure I heard that Tyson asked the tattoo artist for a love heart on his face but the guy straight out refused to because it would ruin Tyson's reputation/scariness so he convinced him to get the tribal one instead.
They don't mean leg removals etc. more like ear shaping, nose shaping, tongue shaping, and, scarification. He forgot the implant phase too that seems to have died out. The eyeball dying tattoos are pretty extreme too. Do a web search for Grace Neutral, she has a lot of this stuff, and, is a good example of extreme modification.

I’m a press operator for Materion. I have 3 face tattoos, had them when I interviewed for the job too. It not only depends on the job, but more so on the city you live in. I work in South Tucson which has a huge murder rate per capita and everyone’s pretty much been to prison, so if you can pass a background and drug test, they don’t give a fuck what you look like.

i think the nearly unanimous opinion on the rappers tho was that their face tats all suck. nobody's saying "ive seen some good ones". a lot of them seemed to think that face tats CAN be tasteful but that the soundcloud rappers all get shitty ones and do quantity over quality just to go with the trend.
When I was 18 I wanted a hand tattoo, this was before SoundCloud rappers took off. My artist convinced me to Put the design I wanted on my chest because I was so young and needed to find a career still. He was right and I'm glad tattoo artists like this look out for us. Today I have a hand tattoo but I'm also a professional with no real prospect of job loss.
I feel like any reputable artist would care about their clients future. And not saying all, but I've watched many videos of tattoo artists say that they wouldn't tattoo someone's face or neck or tattoo someone while they are under the influence of something if it's against their better judgement and I think that's awesome.

Favorite face tattoo I ever saw was on a crazy man on the public bus. He had a face, on his face. The face had a mustache, and half the mustache was his left eyebrow.
I got a face tattoo, only after giving it years of thought. I use to draw it on my face constantly to make sure I actually liked it, to the point I just felt that the lil draw on was basically part of my style. Mind you, it is simply a super small red outline of a heart on my cheekbone, so im able to cover it up with some concealer if need be. Although, the goal is to work for myself in the future, already almost done with my degree & have been in the path of building my dreams. Besides my face, I have 15 other tattoos, most are visible. I have not regretted a single tattoo, granted not saying its impossible to regret but basically what im tryna say is if YOU want a tattoo, go for it. However, ofcourse be smart about it. Do your research, sleep on it for awhile, mentally prepare yourself. I would also say itd be smart to get a small face tatt around the hair line, incase you need a quick cover up. (: sorry, just another tatted millenial sharing personal insight, to each their own

I have my neck & hands done also both arms sleeved my chest being worked on now the problem is that when you see people with no ink except on their face hands & neck you no they have done that for effect not because of their love of a certain design they wanted inked on a part if their body or a theme worked into a sleeve like my right arm runs up into my neck into my right hand & fingers all my ink took awhile & lot of cash at a professional tattoo studio I'm a roofer it will never effect my employment but never on my face or head I think that is a step to far that's my boundary up to any One else what they do my aim is to be 80 to 90 % covered.

DuskSunDawn I had a coworker at my previous job. He was a manager at a big telecom company. Turned out the guy had a full Japanese style bodysuit. Never knew that until he showed my pics cause he knew I like tattoos. Came to work dressed like your typical management type everyday. Most often a suit, sometimes casual and you'd never know he had tattoos. So yes you can hide that. Also most companies (here in the Netherlands at least) don't care if a person has tattoos. Yes some professions require you to follow a dresscode but the fact that you have tattoos generally isn't grounds for not getting a job as long as you can hide them.

We must analyze every case, however, in general heavily tattoed bodies have many difficulties. And a small and "beautiful" face tatoo can be more acceptable than a heavily tattoed body.

Something outside of the discussion of face tattoos, does anyone else notice how bad this interview is? There’s no structure, we can’t really figure out what questions they’re being asked, the music is really slow and boring. The video is 11:00 long but it feels like an hour. It’s like they sat these artists down with no clear idea for how they wanted to structure the video and just went with it.

Your entire body can be covered in ink and I'd be fine with it, but anything on the face is just wholly unappealing to me - can't explain it, just a personal preference thing. I think the islanders and tribes like the Maori of New Zealand have better face tattoos than rappers and prisoners. I like watching Haka videos and those guys have more respectable face tattoos. They can still be hired for work too because that's their heritage and culture. The face tattoo goes back to ancient times though it is usually for people who are highly worthy of them and was a sign of a warrior or being respectable it was something to be proud of and showed you stood for something... Rappers and criminals are kinda disrespecting the face tattoo cause they're not respectable people ethically and many don't stand for the right things. It used to be a sign and symbol that you could take pride in having and that you'd look at someone with it and think they're high class, a warrior, a tribal member, or royalty it stood for something great.

I once heard The rapper The Game advised not to get face tattoos under certain conditions. They really do limit you as far as in society and what you can do with yourself. To each is own, but like I read someone mentioned it has to be a conscious decision to be made about it because it will completely alter ones perception.
If a rapper has more influence in the lives of their fan base than their parents then that says a lot. As long as they don't have anything offensive or very vulgar, I don't have a problem with face tattoos.

I’m a press operator for Materion. I have 3 face tattoos, had them when I interviewed for the job too. It not only depends on the job, but more so on the city you live in. I work in South Tucson which has a huge murder rate per capita and everyone’s pretty much been to prison, so if you can pass a background and drug test, they don’t give a fuck what you look like.

When I was 18 I wanted a hand tattoo, this was before SoundCloud rappers took off. My artist convinced me to Put the design I wanted on my chest because I was so young and needed to find a career still. He was right and I'm glad tattoo artists like this look out for us. Today I have a hand tattoo but I'm also a professional with no real prospect of job loss.

I got a face tattoo, only after giving it years of thought. I use to draw it on my face constantly to make sure I actually liked it, to the point I just felt that the lil draw on was basically part of my style. Mind you, it is simply a super small red outline of a heart on my cheekbone, so im able to cover it up with some concealer if need be. Although, the goal is to work for myself in the future, already almost done with my degree & have been in the path of building my dreams. Besides my face, I have 15 other tattoos, most are visible. I have not regretted a single tattoo, granted not saying its impossible to regret but basically what im tryna say is if YOU want a tattoo, go for it. However, ofcourse be smart about it. Do your research, sleep on it for awhile, mentally prepare yourself. I would also say itd be smart to get a small face tatt around the hair line, incase you need a quick cover up. (: sorry, just another tatted millenial sharing personal insight, to each their own

I have my neck & hands done also both arms sleeved my chest being worked on now the problem is that when you see people with no ink except on their face hands & neck you no they have done that for effect not because of their love of a certain design they wanted inked on a part if their body or a theme worked into a sleeve like my right arm runs up into my neck into my right hand & fingers all my ink took awhile & lot of cash at a professional tattoo studio I'm a roofer it will never effect my employment but never on my face or head I think that is a step to far that's my boundary up to any One else what they do my aim is to be 80 to 90 % covered.

Came to work dressed like your typical management type everyday. Most often a suit, sometimes casual and you'd never know he had tattoos. So yes you can hide that.
Also most companies (here in the Netherlands at least) don't care if a person has tattoos. Yes some professions require you to follow a dresscode but the fact that you have tattoos generally isn't grounds for not getting a job as long as you can hide them.

We must analyze every case, however, in general heavily tattoed bodies have many difficulties. And a small and "beautiful" face tatoo can be more acceptable than a heavily tattoed body.

Something outside of the discussion of face tattoos, does anyone else notice how bad this interview is? There’s no structure, we can’t really figure out what questions they’re being asked, the music is really slow and boring. The video is 11:00 long but it feels like an hour. I think the islanders and tribes like the Maori of New Zealand have better face tattoos than rappers and prisoners. I like watching Haka videos and those guys have more respectable face tattoos. They can still be hired for work too because that's their heritage and culture. The face tattoo goes back to ancient times though it is usually for people who are highly worthy of them and was a sign of a warrior or being respectable it was something to be proud of and showed you stood for something... Rappers and criminals are kinda disrespecting the face tattoo cause they're not respectable people ethically and many don't stand for the right things. It used to be a sign and symbol that you could take pride in having and that you'd look at someone with it and think they're high class, a warrior, a tribal member, or royalty it stood for something great.

Love the views of the last guy. Had really valid points. I find face tattoos a major turnoff. Plus they will most likely cause the wearer difficulties in life. Especially in the work force. And the younger generation are getting face tats that they do not know the meaning of and could get them beaten up or killed. I'm not against tats. I love them and think they are a great way to express art but for me there's a limit as to what is art and what it junk.
PM Snowraven I somewhat agree with you. The biggest issue is the influences of the face tattoos. Which are going to be many young adults and kids. I once heard The rapper The Game advised not to get face tattoos under certain conditions. They really do limit you as far as in society and what you can do with yourself. To each is own, but like I read someone mentioned it has to be a conscious decision to be made about it because it will completely alter ones perception.
If a rapper has more influence in the lives of their fan base than their parents then that says a lot. As long as they don't have anything offensive or very vulgar, I don't have a problem with face tattoos.
