Just because you are on roids doesn't automatically make your ripped or increase mass significantly. It depends on the type (Deca, sustanon, equipose, winstrol, etc) and the method of training. They will increase your athletic performance significantly. As far as his body type, look at his body 3 years ago and look at it now. He has increased his muscular mass significantly in that time frame.
