Windy City | Kitesurfing Sessions | Wellington, New Zealand

Wellington in New Zealand is a great little city - cafes, culture & a great outdoor lifestyle. As for surf, it does get good on occasions with large swells generated from deep lows coming up from the south, but the days of decent surf in Wellington are few & far between. The one thing that gets me out amongst the waves more often is kitesurfing. You see, Wellington is one of the windiest cities in the world...so to take advantage of that, I grab my surfboard & add a kite for more time out on the water.
