This album has got that old school ps2 game or early morning cartoon vibe. As for me personally the artwork invokes inspiration and wonder. Thank you for sharing this.
@@DuelingDragonAdventuresyou should make a tune about a ice crypt or the heroes sneaking and observing a demonic ritual from a hidden corner in a cavern.
@@DuelingDragonAdventuresthe art really is great. Who did y’all commission (assuming it wasn’t you - sorry if the regular saying applies), if you don’t mind my asking?
How awesome would it be that when you die your heaven is what you imagine it to be. So if you liked rpg games or fantasy worlds thats what you'll be reborn into.
Good god, the first seconds instantly put me back into my childhood, watching movies like Conan or Neverending Story late at night, comfy under a blanket. Love this!
Just started re-reading Knight of the black Rose after years, and I've been playing baldur's gate 3... Extremely fitting ambiance. This sounds amazing.
This is really nice! Listening while walking in nature in a drizzly gray day. I tend to make connections that seem bizarre to some.. Some parts of this reminds me a lot of Sketches of Spain by Miles Davis, but in a retro dungeon synth style. I think it's the somber tones, instrumentation, and layered polyphony.
Loved it! May I ask if there are any books you could recommend that fit with this genre? The album cover art looks like the cover to a book I would love to read!
@@DuelingDragonAdventures That's so odd seeing as this would be a great addition to dungeon synth archives. In fact, I would be very interested in collaborating with you. I am a musician and artist working on game development. DM me if you are at all interested.
I hate it when people say they don't like "modern music" but they never listen to anything like this.
This isn't modern music kiddo it's dungeon synth
@@aegisraven1284 "Modern" dungeon synth
@@randomthepleb4364 it's anything but modern that's the whole point 🤣
@@aegisraven1284 it's modern the same way classical music can be modern
@@absalondebarvac2183 mmmm,no. You need to educate yourself on dungeon synth.bye now. Muted.

For me, the artwork is an exhausted knight moving towards his destiny, even if it means his doom.

@@Unblacklievable Both of our albums were done by Goran Gligovic

Found this last night and I love it! It takes me back to playing Runescape when I was a kid! 😄

Now you know how such concepts came into being 🌚

This is really good! Love the mellotron-esque flute synths in particular
Agreed, I'm like 99% sure those are Mellotron-samples. Instant ticket to nostalgia.
I love all the warbly mellotron sounds in this. Beautiful, wonderful vibes!
i didnt know i needed exactly this until i discovered it ... one doesent have to say more.
6:25 reminds me of when you’d be playing a legend of Zelda game on ds and learn a new song on your ocarina
