Hey Amanda, how long did it take you till you noticed a big difference in regards to weight loss? I’m just trying to lose 10 pounds and it has been very difficult. I am on a caloric deficit, I eat whole foods and run a 5k every other day of the week and do strength training/light weights on days in between.
