You can decide your night stay location:
Hotel cost - GBP 100-150 for a room two sharing
Hostel - 1 bed cost GBP 40-60
Food will be same as you get in other part of UK with few local Scottish dish. If you are vegetarian then atleast 1-2 option you get in all the restaurant thanks to vegan culture. Proper dinning cost you around GBP 15-20 each time , quick bites will.be gbp6-12...Tesco or similar meal deal GBP 3-5 each time
If staying longer like 2-3 days in a Airbnb or hostel then can cook also if you want...raw material you can get in any supermarket nearby...if cooking in. Plan then take little indian spices for taste.
