- We got a letter from one of the fans telling us how he got scammed on a big amount of money by someone pretending to be Karolina Protsenko. At first he thought he was talking to the real Karolina Protsenko but later on he figured out that was a scam. This video was shot as a warning for you not to believe the lies and to stay safe. Please be careful. Don't text in private messages with Karolina Protsenko. Because you'll be talking to the scammers and not Karolina.

It's only natural that any Karolina fan, myself included, would love to have a friendly chat with you. However, it is impossible to pay money to make it happen. Everyone, please be careful not to be tricked by scammers.

But on the other hand when the fan believes there is only one Karolina in this world and has a deep idea of her qualities, it would be very difficult for him/her to recognize anyone else as real Karolina, even though the tricks of the crooks are becoming incredibly difficult to discern. A very informative video, showing people how easy it is for scammers to take advantage of fans. Yes, it’s a beautiful world with good people in it, But then there are jealous greedy people who are always looking for ways to scam others. Congratulations to the Protsenko family for addressing this issue. And warning their fans how easy it is for scammers to pretend to be any member of their family.

That's why I don't watch all those "other" Karolina channels like "Karolina Baby Girl" (yikes what a dumb name for a channel) who are trying to make ad money off your videos. They show up in my feed and I know it's not you. I'd rather watch you on YOUR channel and support your ad revenue. At least I know I'm truly supporting you that way.
It is very sad that people will do this, I am a big fan of Karolina, I love her music. One of the easiest ways I can tell it's always a scammer is by the way they always type. I can tell the real Karolina knows her Grammer very well, everyone of her scammers that have messaged me does not have good Grammer skills

Karolina, a few months ago, I almost got taken by a scammer pretending to be you. I almost sent $200 to this person before I figured out what was going on. Thank you for this video so that people don't have to learn the hard way like I did. My trust in people was almost ruined by the experience. Thank God, though, that it wasn't. Again, thanks.

That scam that you almost fell for when you arrived to the states is extremelly common and I'm happy to know you didn't fall for it, so many people loose their lifetime savings with these and it just breaks my heart.

i am 71. Your music has given me much enjoyment through the past few years. ... Thank You..... Many years ago I tried to teach my daughter and later her children to be very careful about trusting people. ... My daughter got scammed twice, even wanted to borrow from me to pay a scammer. I refused and she sent the money anyway while she stayed mad at me for weeks waiting for the results from the scammer. It never came. ...... I appreciate this video very much. I am a music composer and there is a scammer under the name Karolina Protsenko asking me for $7000 mexican pesos with the argument she loves me and want a relationship. Is funny because I know that is not real. I feel sorry for this woman.

She is a precious part of your family and I pray nothing ever happens to her or your little boys because of these scammers. Thank you for creating this video and giving your fans a heads up about what you do and do not allow Karolina to do. She is an amazing young lady but there are so many evil people out there, just waiting to scam someone for fun. I was scammed on facebook a year ago and lost my whole facebook account for something I didn't do and facebook did absolutely nothing to help me but instead, allowed the scammer to continue scamming other people and forcing their accounts to be deleted. I won't give you the horrible details of what they did to me, but facebook is awful - they allow scammers to run free and innocent people are punished every single day for things that they are not guilty of. I just hope that RUclips doesn't follow that method and makes a way for those who are scammed to report the scammer and keep their own account secure. I was in contact with these scammers last month Karol, if they passed for you, they sent me messages on WhatsApp saying it was you, I found it very strange because I know that your life is busy and I would not have time to talk to someone who is not close to you and would never pass your WhatsApp number to a stranger, so I asked her to send me pictures to prove it was Karolina" sent some but sent some and I noticed that they were old and with winter costumes! 😮
I see some creators are pinning warnings at the top of their videos.

I received friend requests from scammers pretending to be both of you one night. Of course I texted with them both. The one pretending to be you Ells said the 2 of you were both there talking to me. Of course one pretending to be Karolina texted at the same time; imagine the reaction when I told the one pretending to be Ella's reaction when I told her I was texting with Karolina at the same time. Those scammers are very stupid.

Hello Carolina. I personally reported a dozen of Karolina's fake accounts on Facebook. They were exactly as you showed, several days old. Plus fake Barvina accounts. It's nice that you managed to get straight after coming to the USA. Warm greetings from Poland.

As a photographer, my specialty is working with families with disabilities. I had a scammer steal a photo from one of my pages and use it for a scam go-fund-me claiming that the little girl in the powerchair had been in a horrible accident. Thankfully, It came to my attention very quickly before the scammer was able to cash out any money from Go-Fund-Me and it was removed and all the money returned to the people who had donated, which was not much at that point. I've seen many similar stories, too.
