Flashlight Restoration for a Bike from 1950
This old flashlight, probably from the 1950s, was produced by Trehawk, and doing some research, it appears that the company is very old and also produced flashlights used during WW2.
The video flashlight is a model that can be used on the bike but also as a portable flashlight, since it uses a battery inside and not the dynamo of the bike to turn on.
In this restoration video I will try to take back its original shine!

je pense que le fermoir est chromé à l'origine. Belle restauration. A quand celle du vélo?

I found no traces of chrome plating, it seemed more zinc. This video ends here, I will have to do the second part of the bike engine video (you can find it here in the channel), in that video I will restore the bike and mount the motor on it

Is the insulation paper you use just regular thick paper or something special?

The one I used is insulating paper. You can also use normal paper but thicker, because the voltage of the torch is low
