hale by design is supposed to have counterplays, he's hard hitting, extremely mobile, and have the health to tank most people's individual dps. but in TF2, there are mechanics that allows for counters like melee having way more knocback, engineers, and hale himself being susceptible to grouped dps, both because in TF2 he can actually be melted down substantially because of more consistent higher damaging weapons, and also being slowed down by that much damage. in IA, the single fact that he can't be knocked back is enough for him to literally just walk towards you without a care in the world.
used to main filibuster as an aggrobuster but they nerfed melee e from 40 to 25 dmg and r from 65 to like 40 along with that they also added the rage meter that discourages close range play in other words people complained about filirunner so they made the only viable playstyle filirunner peak balancing
The only skill hale take is you knowing how to press wasd, space bar, 1, E and R and M1 and of course be able to control charge so that you don’t fall off some map
