I find myself easily parrying Vagabond when he leaps toward me with gravity, but when he charges in a straight line, I can't seem to parry him with a melee weapon. As a pro, im here to give explenations and tips, first of all is king King actually doesn't use ANY attacks other than stabs, jumps and swings untill you deal atleast 1/10 out of his health After that he can swing his ball thingy use mortar and also spawn that lava line thingy Tips about vagabond: There are 5 parriable attacks from vagabond 1. 3 slashes 2. Cannon ball 3. Homing dash 4. Ball of doom 5. The 3 slashes with the whirlpool thingy without the 3 slashes (aka shorter version) There are 2 easy and 3 hard The easy are 3 slashes and homing dash 3 slashes is REALLY easy, but here is a fun fact about homing dash and cannon ball, they will allways be behind you, far or near you so you can dodge by just going forewards To parry, just jump and hit at the right time, there is also a harder version where you stand at the place where he will land and hit at the right time Cannon ball is the same as homing dash, the reason why its hard because sometimes the cannon ball isn't near you, next is ball of doom, only way you can hit him and parry is with shiftlock, and last the short whirlpool which you need to dash to him and hit before he slashes, really fast though Now here is how to parry cannon easier, just stand closer and time you jump, umbrella makes it easy, is it really that hard? when parrying vengeance just go in shiftlock or first person and aim it to the ground near him and if you practice enough you can circle around him and still hit him with it when he goes behind you, ive done it with a firebrand and its pretty easy when you get the hang of it

I wouldn't say he's a GOD... He doesn't even KNOW multiple things about the game and tips on how to parrier easier (for cannon, vagabond and king). He's more of a basic pro. The 1 and only impressive part is him parryibg drako's sword slam, hardest attack in entire game to parry, harder to parry than drako's sword stab.

To parry vagabond's vengeance and aim it at him, go into 1st person or shiftlock and aim SLIGHTLY downwards, so it doesn't barely graze his head. You can parry his slow, arc-shaped jump with sword by looking straight up in 1st person, but the leap and thrust slam cna only be parried by paintball and it's variants (for some reason). There's A LOT of videos thinking of drako as metal gear rising's rules of nature boss.

Tips about vagabond:
There are 5 parriable attacks from vagabond
1. 3 slashes
2. Cannon ball
3. Homing dash
4. Ball of doom
5. The 3 slashes with the whirlpool thingy without the 3 slashes (aka shorter version)

Useful especially for drako, or for king's vertical mace, the only 1 of the 3 mace attacks that's nearly impossible to parry while aiming at him.

tip: when parrying captains pellets, you should aim at the ground thats surrounding him. this prevents missing the pellets when parried
