I'm 74 years old and I've been knitting since I was 6. This is the FIRST time that I've ever heard of this work-around on circular needles; he'll, we didn't even HAVE those in the 50's. Growing up in Denmark, I did have access to my mother's unlimited collection of Aero knitting needles, and they're now mine after she passed away at 90. They're the best in our opinion. Happy knitting everyone 💓 💖
RJKnits you probably don't care but I thought you might want to know that you were my insperation to start knitting, you taught me how to knit and now how to do the magic loop! Thank you for all you do, keep up the good work 😊
Oh, my God, you just saved me, I was struggling so badly trying to make a beanie and your method helped me so much. I was putting to much tension on my string I thank you so much
I love the colors and I don't use the magic loops method I use stitch markers on my sleeves I find that to be easier for me I also make book bags too that are super cute and can be used for an outing/ beach bag
Your videos have been SOOOO helpful! I'm trying to make a baby lovie (security blanket) with a star on the top but I'm a SUPER beginner. How would you attach a plush to a blanket? if that makes sense lol.
I don't know anything about making sweaters... the front looks nice and smooth, but all the stitches I saw you take looked like regular "knit" stitches. Do you not have to alternate knit and purl to get the smooth, regular surface?
make sure when you switch to the new needle, you always pull out the one with the working yarn attached, and knit into the side without the working yarn. otherwise you will start going in reverse. also, pull the working yarn up and over the needle before you pull it out in order to prevent a yarn over, but dont pull the yarn too hard or you will make a double stitch.
I've had good results with using two sets of circular needles. Each set takes the place of two double pointed needles. The magic loop is kind of awkward for me, and double pointed needles feel like wrestling an octopus.

In another video I found it very difficult and I could never understand it, but you explained it very well, thank you very much.
Omg why is this the only video that actually makes sense to me??? Every other tutorial makes it seem so convoluted! Thanks so much for this 🤩

Your explanation has cleared the fog of the magic for me. Thank you. 😊
The sweater colors are so fun! I love it
Can you please make a detailed video on how to knit cardigans with circular needles? I am a new knitter and I genuinely love your videos.
I like that 2and loop idea! Thanks for the video. I'm new to knitting. Your videos are wonderful!!

Nice to see you back
Thank you i finally understand magic loop😂😂 Been struggeling with double ender needles!
I also love to knit this sweater. Watching your video gave me more energy. Because it's been a long time. I haven't knitted a sweater.
That’s all that the magic loop is? Wow, that is so much simpler than I thought it would be.
I know! The name makes it sound like a much bigger deal. 😅
Your how to knit video taught me how to knit and i make a lot of progress
When you putt the loop through the stitches make sure you choose a different place every time
A good tip!
I love the sweater colors, you need a matching hat with a big pom-pom!
I enjoyed watching, very entertaining. THANK YOU 🌷 👌🏽
Hi Cruising is Fun Anytime recommended you, so I'm here

You seem like a very relaxing person to be around, wish we could be friends haha

I've just read a lot of knitting patterns with magic loop. I was so confused by it.
The colors are great nice combination! That’s lion brand hometown U.S.A. yarn?
Can you show reducing stitches in the round as in a knit from the bottom beanie/tobbogan with this method?

I was today years old when I learned that the magic loop in knitting is a way to use circulars and not to start out flat circles like in crochet
How do you stop laddering in this process?! You're amazing, but I am not haha!
Mucho gracias!!
Thank you
How long are those needles?
