Welcome to Italy. The Olympus of good food. 🇮🇹
Hi
@@titanio784 Ma vai a cagare tu!
Thank you for your visit to Italy, I hope you want to return to visit other cities and other culinary delicacies.
120 grammi is not tipycal naples' street food and of course is not famous by locals
You should try more and more like frittatina di pasta, cuoppo, panino napoletano, wallet pizza etc..
I am a tour guide in naples
perché bisogna essere una guida p sapé re cuopp e timball, ma fanc o piaceeeeer
I really enjoy your videos! We travel a ton ourselves and I'm always looking for new channels. Eating all the vegetarian stuff is a huge plus and you two seem very nice! It's unfortunate you couldn't make your way up the steps. I went yesterday and it felt safe, lots of tourists and people around, and the view was amazing
Once you had Pizza Mergherita in Napoli you will never turn back on others ;)
Also the filling for both sfogliata is made of a mix of cooked semolina, cooled down then they add ricotta, sugar, cinnamon and some of them they also add orange candy, so i reckon the apply taste is due to the cinnamon.. but no apple whatsoever! :)
Good thing the man told you guys to go back ❤️sometimes the beauty of unknown countries make us forget that it can be unsafe 🙏
Very true Erika! 👏
I’m still thinking Who was this Ricky that you were mentioning 😂
Travelling and reviewing food with a beautiful woman...perfect.
Don't expect to try this food in every part of italy
Hi, could you tell me in which area you were, when they guy told you to turn around?? I would really appreciate it, because my friend and I are going to Napoli and it would be good to possibly avoid such a risk. Thank you :))
Hi Cecilia, it was the Spanish quarter. Have an amazing time !
@@TrueLoveTravels ohh alright, thanks 😳🥺
Love naplessss 🤤💙🇮🇹
Wow, you really visited the messiest part of the city rather than sticking to the touristy seafront (safer but less authentic). Well done :D
Hi Christian! Thank you for taking the time to comment. We definitely got stuck in and saw the heart of the city and it was such a rewarding experience 😃
Messy? It is just the alleys. And when they ate their pasta were just in the centre of the city, side by side with the Central University. Don'r judge a city from the plaster of the buildings 300 years old and from the Graffiti
Haha I knew I wasn’t the only one who cut pizza with scissors 🤣🤣 xx
haha definitely the way forward in our opinion :)
mah ...... I am 60 years old and I continue to use a fork and knife
Cool channel guys, new friend here
I know that dog!
So sweet and well-behaved. ❤️
He was the cutest 🤗
What would you recommend Naples or Florance for a foodies paradise?
Hi Bearded Traveller! We have only passed through Florence really so unfortunately we couldn't compare. Naples was just amazing for food though, at every turn there was something that looked delicious. We recently did a Rome food tour and if we really had to pick, we would say Naples is more of a foodie place, both utterly delicious though :)
@@TrueLoveTravels thank you very much
Italy is the paradise of all foods!
@@Cristina-bn1ku thank you!
@@Cristina-bn1ku We have to agree with you on that one!
Bravi, grazie
Amazing city napoli like İstanbul
Istanbul??? Naaaah Naples like Grecia 🇬🇷
@@Cocash1 have you been istanbul?
@@Cocash1 Istanbul was a Roman city until 1453, then it was conquered by the Ottoman, its architecture and attitude is a full European city, also the people and attitudes very close to greece are just the same
How is this video top in RUclips for Naples food? It's two Brits wandering around the getting getting Naples' equivalent to Gregg's and Bella Italia. Please, Please please, don't judge Napoli food on this!
I spent three months in Napoli in summer 1982. Thank goodness you didn't visit any of the Tripperia stands. Those things made me wanna puke. Full of intestines, musso, tripe, and pig feet. Sickening. LOL!
Sfogliatella is pronounced Sfo-ya-te-la . Riccia is pronounced Ri-cha.
Hope that helps.
Thank you Arianna 🤗
👨🍳
bel video, ma tagliare la pizza con le forbici ??? the secret of Italian gastronomy is simple: simple but quality ingredients, freshness, taste, and tradition.
Try to pronounce riccia like richia
RICCIA NO HARD SOUND! ITS RICCIA NOT RIKKIA OK?
3.37 Chanel of Gomorra series?
Allò, frist of all in "sfogliatella" the ins't any apple at all, there isn't even anything that recembles apple. Second, neapolitan people don't drink coffe in the streets, nether from paper cups. We usually drink coffee in bar and we spend a lot of time there. Third, 120grammi isn't popular in Napoli, we don't eat spaghetti in that way. Fourth, in "crocchè" there is no basil, there is parsley. At last, you missed a lot of much more traditional things like: "pizza a portafoglio", "pizza fritta", "frittatina di pasta", "zeppole fritte", "babbà", "pastiera" (if you get the right season), etc.
So, bad video
sincerely
Hi William. Apologies for not getting everything right in the video. Unfortunately we didn't have much time in Napoli, and didn't get to explore as many places as we would have liked. Thanks for the information though, and we will bear that in mind if we visit Napoli again 👍
english people eating Italian .so funny ...pasta is usually bland hahaha
