Dear babajit. You are right. Whenever I waked up early and done chanting of mantras. My full day passed effectively in terms of daily target. But I am not doings early mornings daily. Because I stay in Ethiopia and in Ethiopia early morning temperature is very low so difficult to take shower at early morning.
