It is true that our general traditions as a Christian world over Christmas are not required in Scripture and have some history related to other celebrations, etc. But, as Marty mentioned, it is the privilege of those who love Jesus to celebrate His birthday, the actual date we don't know. If you need to wear your glasses Marty to see properly, can I suggest metal frames which are much lighter. I now have to wear glasses to read and the latest ones I got are metal frames. They are much lighter than the previous plastic ones which were heavy and became uncomfortable in a short while. God bless you both , hope you have a great time with Misha , Joshua and family .
