    Watching every single game JJ played with Michigan, I almost feel like I watched him grow up. We're going to miss him. The Minnesota Vikings? They're going to love this guy!

    The accuracy knocks are insane lol. Obviously didn't watch the film. "His ball dies" is also an insane statement. 1 QB has thrown the ball harder than JJ McCarthy did at the combine, that was Josh Allen. Arm strength is not an issue and he can make any throw on the field. He excels throwing on the run, not sure what tape these guys are watching.

      Joe Milton threw 1 mph faster tbf, but other than him that’s it.

    I’ve been watching Michigan football for over fifty years. I’ve never seen anything like JJ and team 144. Not even the ‘97 team. The guy is a straight up winner.

    The saved disaster play he made to Wilson in the Rosebowl was the single most important play in University of Michigan football History 😤

    JJ McCarthy is just starting his QB career. All the elements are there and were displayed in the championship run last year. The TD pass to Wilson against OSU was the pass to study--he threaded that knowing the defender would turn and pursue Wilson and JJ had studied the film and knew the defender had a habit of doing this and this knowledge allowed him to throw that pass before the guy turned knowing he would and miss the ball passing over his left ear. TD. End of game. JJ proved there he was next level. He'll do well in the NFL and expect him to lead a team to the Super Bowl if they give him the talent around him.

    "His ball dies" What does that mean? The ball changes trajectory in midair, defying physics? Amazing!

    JJ will be great, played in a run oriented offense and because of that his ceiling is incredibly high, in my opinion the only QB that would be ranked higher would be the LSU kid. That clown picked by the Bears will be a bust.

    I dont see fault in his game. Sometimes, he will try to force the ball in, but outside of that, he is extremely talented and knows how to win.

    • @Andy-cj7bu
      @Andy-cj7bu Месяц назад +1

      There are faults in his game. EVERY QB that comes out of college has faults. It's a matter of are those faults coachable and his are very coachable and most importantly HE is coachable.
      All the BS about arm strength is just that, total bullshit. Kid can throw any pass out there, they knew that coming out of HS when they ranked him 5 star but somehow forgot about it now......smdh

      He’s good but needs to develope a deep ball and touch passes, he has one speed on his throws. Which is fast!

    0:57 guy was too dumb to understand he was hurt and that’s why he didn’t throw in the 2nd half of the psu game. People like that should not be allowed to talk on TV.

    • @joemayne
      @joemayne Месяц назад +4

      PSU ends were getting free run, and the run game was killing it. The W is more important than the pass stats.

      And in 2022 he was coming off of a shoulder injury and missed the entire offseason to create bonds with receivers. That’s why he was over throwing for the first half or so of season. When it mattered most JJ delivered
