Northern California forecast | Seasonable Thursay

Thursday will bring a seasonable warmth to Northern California, marking a third day in a row of either below-average or average temperatures in the region. Meteorologist Tamara Berg said Thursday's forecast high for downtown Sacramento is 89 degrees, slightly lower than Wednesday's high of 90 degrees. The average for this time of year is 90 degrees.
