1. Can we partially refill a tank? Let’s say a tank is half-full, can we refill that tank or do should we wait until it’s empty in order to use up all the ink bottle. 2. Do we need to charge the ink with a partial or full refill on one or more tanks? 3. How long will ink be good if we open an ink bottle but only use a portion of the ink.
@@John-kd1bf - Hi, John, and Thank you for your questions. You can fill the tanks to the level you desire, even if there is ink already in the tank. We recommend you don't ignore your "low ink" alerts or try to "top off" ink. The printer will cycle through as it needs upon refilling ink. Since our ET printers come with up to 2 years of ink in the box, you don't need to worry about ink "expiring" as long as the bottles are stored in a cool, dry place. Hello! Future ink fillings will follow similar steps, once your printer alerts you to refill ink. For assistance, call 562-276-1300 Mon-Fri 7am-4pm to have our Support Team guide you through the process.
Dear Epson, You do know we might want to add ink later down the road; not just during initial setup. Any chance you could do a video on refilling?

how to reset ink after refilled?
This initial set up information is great. However, I need help with future ink fillings and how to reset the ink level.

Please me get the ink to drop into the tank. Black went in fine, but none of the colors did.
Thanks
