- K......I know I am a bit late on making this for John Dye, but I was a bit tied up with my personal life as well as school. I first heard about John Dye dieing that Friday when he did past away...so here is a video to remember you by as well as all the work you put in to make Touched By An Angel memorable for us fans. yes it was.....very good ep love the relationship shared between Monica and Tess in those eps. And still to this day, their relationship is a mother/daughter kind, where Roma Downey still says Della Reese aka Tess is her mom.
I knew John Dye from touch by an Angel. Tv show watching it. But it was something about this show. That really touch your heart. John Dye spirit was right for this part. His face his hair. It was something about John. God has him to do real angel work in heaven. I feel he is not dead. He just went home. So people do not feel sad. But rejoice hallelujah. He is with another angel 👼 Della Reese. God bless,
I felt inspired in many ways by the way he portrayed Andrew he made death seem a little less frightening for the ones who were facing it but not always was he there to take someone home he also helped to live and enjoy life.

I love this show didn't know he was dead. great actor will be greatly missed. a wholesome show that we need today helping people even today. may YAHWEH keep his soul and strengthened his family. John Della and Roma made you believe in hope that this life is a path to being with the Father on the other side and the Devil really exists! So sorry he is gone hope he knew YAH he was and is a beautiful soul. I'm crying watching them made me feel like I knew them. last year I bought their complete series for $119 it's $300 hundred and something now well it was for the holidays.. I laugh cry, hope and pray while watching the show. they got the 3 perfect characters. this show was and is for the entire family.

Although I am moving past religious shows to watch and playing more story-based games, like TellTale the walking dead, Wolf Among Us, etc. I try to find songs from my endless sea of music in my library on Itunes and select the best one to edit with. I have been watching in my spare time an old favorite of my mom's, MASH, to get me to laugh and have a sense of humor in my life. But I do very much appreciate the nice comment. But TBAA will always be in a special place in my heart, and I will treasure it forever.
Just a word of caution, though, be careful of watching shows on RUclips, as it is copyright infringement. Which means it could be taken down or removed if RUclips catches it. The best place to watch "Free" things with a VPN, is Solarmovie, or Paramount + if you have it.

@TheArizona29 yes he did...still hurts me to watch TBAA just bc I know he is gone...but he is with God and in a better place. And yes his work did inspire many young souls, myself included, and he loved and been loved by many people. Thank you for the inspirational comment, and supporting this video...it means a lot to me.
that message at the end from roma is beautiful they all really cared for each other i will miss john so much i nearly died last yr i have a serious head condition and touched by an angel got me through it, johns prtrayal of the angel of death took away my fears, i was so scared of dying and watching that show helped me get through it all, roma was a big inspiration to me aswell she gave me hope while i was in hospital i sat and watched TBAA and her messages kept me strong so ty john n roma R.I.P
I have always Love this show..All the People in it show the the Love in a person that needs to be shown toward there fellow man...I was Lucky to find every Episode of all the shows they made of the series..I couldn't believe how many there was..I think there is 262 shows and the series ran for 9 years...I miss John in it..Only one left now is Monica out of the three..
that and the actress who plays Gloria. But yes, i plan to make a tribute to Della Reese after my semester of college is over. Was going to make one when i found out of her passing away, but, got loaded on with a whole bunch of projects and finals. So that making a video of Della Reese will be my 'summer' project of mine.

I didn't know John but I miss him. He had a sweet presence that came through in his acting. I wonder if he and Della have compared notes from a heavenly perspective about TBAA. Hope to meet him when I get there 😇

k....i know I'm a huge fan of the show, and still am, and so grateful that you admire John Dye so much as a wonderful human being and a wonderful actor, but he is NOT an angel in real life. He was a wonderful human being. God will give you an angel, but not one that portray an angel on a tv show. I'm so grateful that you love the show and so grateful that it touched your heart, but got to remember that the stars of the show are not real angels. Just trust in God, he is the one to thank for.

@covedon no problem..^^ I didn't know about until a week after he passed away, and that sucks that you never heard about it til now :( He did reached out to many people and i thought what better way to remember him by creating this video..he wasn't my hero for say, but he still reach to me in some way.

And was going to make a TBAA video of it, but then I heard from another youtuber that John Dye had pasted away, and thought what a perfect way to do this song. Yes he will be missed in this world...

@charlx16 ^^..well thank you..hope this video reached out to people...and TBAA did the same thing to me..and still does surprising...Also Roma is a huge inspiration in my life...I look at her morals in life, and her messages. She gives me hope and life out there, instead of looking into this world and thinking it's all just crap. She is my role model in life, and I thank God for her. John Dye did the same thing, but Roma impacted my life more.
@hikarusbaby ^^....the couple that is in the beginning is from the 50th Disney Animated film Tangled. It's Rapunzel and Flinn. And I put in The Lion King, bc it's my fave Disney film. And The Jungle Book is a significant to John Dye. Roma's daughter called him Papa Bear, like Monglie did to Baloo. That's why I put it in there.

@hikarusbaby Well actually the actress who plays Tess is still alive, and still is very close friends with Roma Downey. I don't know where you got your info on stating that states that Tess is gone, because it is not true. You can check IMBD, and it states if an actor or actress is dead or not.

@hikarusbaby Well actually TBAA stopped airing after season 9. And Tess was still in there. TBAA only went up to 9 seasons.

Sorry for the late reply was distracted with school and prepping for cosplaying at a comic con because I am a geek and a bit nerdy. Got some responses for my cosplay costume, and spent so much money.

Because when I made this years ago, they didn't had that capability and besides it is supposed to be a tribute song to him that is why I made it for a reason.

@@larryvermeer6170 The track I have for the song is The X Factor performance of "A Hero Lies in You'. All my music videos besides some of my Walking Dead Video Game ones all have music as the main storytelling device with some quotes from the characters. Especially my Clem and Louis video of Tennessee that has quotes from both Louis and Clem in all 4 episodes of the video game and try to match it up with the clips they both are saying to give it a more impactful feel. I got sucked into the world of video games, and I love the ones that have a deep story to them. That and Arcane League of Legends.

John Dye played an Angel on TV. That was his character. But in real life he had problems with drugs and that's what killed him.
actually what killed him was a heart attack, it was confirmed back in an autopsy report.
To be honest I can't remember....but I know it's either in Season 2 or Season 3, bc it's defiantly an older eppy. But the actual name of it, I can't tell you....sorry..
I wonder how he reacted when the real angel of death came to him, and said to him: "It's time to go" ♥ ️😥
actually there is some evidence that when you are near death or going to die you are greeted by a pasted loved one to take you to heaven, or somewhere. It happened with my grandfather before he passed away he started to have visions or hallucinations of his brother-in-law who passed away several months before. He told my grandmother that he has to go see him and he was ready to walk out the door to his house. There is a thing on youtube with B.D Wong on what happens when you die, episode.

k.....people have got to understand that TBAA is a inspiring TV SHOW, and the stars in the show ARE NOT REAL ANGELS!!!! The show is to help guide u to GOD and understand him a bit more. And got to understand that when we die, our spirits go to heaven. I don't know what it will be like, but it will not be the same thing on earth. Our souls go to heaven not our bodies. Got to keep in mind the difference between the show and actual real life.
@TheArizona29 i was inspired by him as well....but the one person from the show who really inspired me was Roma Downey...her morals in life and the way she carries out her love and caring for people really motivates me. She as well as John Dye made death seem less frightening in the show and made me want to serve for other people.
you're vids are good but the intro in the beginning is annoying and too long. and you're initials there at the bottom right corner take up too much space and are distracting.
