Maida ( 1 cup )
Salt ( 1\2 tsp )
Oil for moyan ( 2 tsp )
Stuffing for puff patties -
Boiled and mashed potato ( 3 medium size )
Oil ( 1 tbsp )
Jeera \ Cumin seed ( 1\2 tsp )
Chopped green chilli ( 1 tsp )
Grated ginger ( 1 tsp )
Dhaniya powder ( 1 tsp )
Roasted jeera powder ( 1\2 tsp )
Garam masala ( 1\4 tsp )
Amchoor powder \ chaat masala ( 1\2 tsp )
Red chilli powder ( 1\2 tsp )
Chopped coriander leaves ( 2 tsp )
Salt as per taste
Corn flour ( 3 tsp )
Desi ghee ( 2 tsp )
oil for frying
