I must disagree with those saying we have too much Halloween items, only cuz Halloween is my favorite! I been playing since day one, but because of glitches and problems I was having with the game at the time I missed the first Halloween Starpath, so I'm really hoping this year they at least bring those items back in the premium shop 😊

I missed the first Halloween and IDC what anyone says, Halloween is the best holiday. I hope they bring back the items from the first star path and more! I feel like there is a serious lack of Halloween and spooky items and TIARAS!!!
I was super disappointed to see there was no Halloween clues but I’m not losing all hope b/c I’m sure we’ll get some, but I won’t be as motivated to play….
Is it weird that I don’t care what’s in the Star Path? I’m just excited when a new one comes out. No matter what’s in it, it’s SUCH a good value!! Barely costs any moonstones if you complete it, so even if you only like one item it’s more than worth it! 💜🎉
I feel the same way! I just want new items, really 😂❤ And I also like completing all the stuff to get them, cause when we complete a Star Path and the Quests, we don't have much to do in the game and this way we get some action from time to time 😂❤

Of course we want halloween stuff!! I'm surprised, that this is a surprise 😂 for most people, it's almost as big as Christmas. Last year the players were SO EXCITED for all the nightmare before christmas content and now they pretend like we don't care anymore? I don't think it's too much to ask for a halloween starpath and christmas Starpath. It could be combined with regular disney stuff, but to not include it in a major way, it's very very disappointing. And I'm sure that the survey confirmed, that we all want the cozy stuff!!

Abigail lot of us it's bigger than christmas. It's not just the halloween decor but also the villian's decor.
It would have been cool to have like a autumn styled star path where things were taken for the season. Like Frozen 2 things that come from the four elements or snow white forest stuff or cooking stuff.

I always want more Halloween stuff! I missed out on the first holiday events so I don't have all the cool items.
I am so hoping for a Coco/Dia de Muertos starpath... maybe at some point even Manuel and his grandfather as characters. That would be so epic. But Coco is actually one of my favorite Halloween movies, because let's face it, Coco's color theme is very Halloweeny in general. The theme is very similar to Halloween as well.

It's not just the idea of fun new Halloween items it also puts us in a Halloween mood. Why have holidays if we can't immerse ourselves in them? Same for fall themed items - makes us "feel" the season. They did have some Halloween items in the premium shop -hopefully a few more to come. Day of the Dead would be great. But yeah was hoping for Halloween/Autumn starpath. Maybe we will get Halloween/Spooky items with the Sally update?
They could at least bring in more fall stuff with a hint of Halloween.

Here me out. They should do a starpath dedicated to past starpath items so that new players have a chance to get older starpath itrems without having to pay for them with their moonstones.

I fully agree, I've been playing since launch but missed out on the very first star path bc I didn't know what in the hell it was lol. They should open up older start paths after you're done with the current one imo

Halloween is my favorite holiday, so I understand everyone being upset by it. Especially since that and Christmas are big holidays. They don't have to do Halloween, but for me personally, if they don't do it, I'll probably pass on this upcoming star path and come back for the christmas one. If they have it. To each their own 😅
It could still have a few Halloween items even if it's not Halloween themed:)

i too am really upset its not autumn/halloween related, however they have been doing the star path matching the characters coming in that update, so Timon & Pumba don't scream halloween, HOWEVERRRRR in december when we get Sally i fully expect a Nightmare Before Christmas themed star path!

I don't want more halloween stuff, I want more Fall items. More dried flowers, more sunflower that is not the tiny sunflowers on the beach, more cable sweaters/cardigans, more fall foliage, beautiful fall house skin, etc. Just not Halloween/spooky theme.
As for those guesses, I don't mind if it's from the last decade movies but where are the classics? Cinderella? Aurora? Arthur? Snow White and 7 Dwarves? Peter Pan/Tinkerbell? Pocohontas? I feel like we are going further and further away from the classic and bringing in a lot of the most recent Pixar movies. Considering when the game started in early access we had the classic characters in already.

Idk if it is because I'm not from the US but Halloween is literally the most unimportant day of my life, I always skip events like this for that reason. Would be happy not to have the theme every year
I've only been playing a few months and Halloween is mine and many other's lifestyle so I don't have anywhere near enough goth (Halloween) decor for my Valley and obviously wasn't playing when there were Halloween star paths so I'm gutted that I'm not gonna have the chance to get the bits I missed and/or new spooky decor 😔😔
I'm honestly a little confused why people think the emojis correlate to specific universes and not just possible items. iirc, with the exception of the Haunted Holiday star path, all the other emoji hints have related to specific items in the star path.
My guess is:
- a boombox or some sort of stereo?
- a microphone accessory
- dragon wings
Also no pumpkin emoji doesn't necessarily mean we're NOT getting Halloween items lol

OMG it's 3 items out of a whole star path, it may very well feature halloween items. Im just happy to be getting new stuff.
I always think people overthink the emoji clues, theyre always on the nose.
I think the first one is a boom box, or some kind of item that plays music like the radio.
The second one im guessing is a handheld microphone accessory.
The third one is a dragon themed backpack, maybe featuring figment, or maybe animated, like the fox backpack
I 100% agree! Everyone always overthinks them, but it’s usually straightforward.
After playing since the beginning, I stopped a couple months ago, partly because I needed a break from everyone in the community constantly complaining about everything, even before they know what they are complaining about. Just started back playing this starpath and I see people still haven’t learned to chill out and enjoy themselves. I appreciate that you are always encouraging people to have fun and not get so upset over every little thing
Relax y’all. Have fun! If you’re not having fun, find something that brings you joy and do that instead. Life is too short to be so mad all the time
I’m the culprit on the Freddie Mercury tweet 😂😂 The first 2 clues are so odd that I couldn’t even form a Disney related guess, so I was just having fun. There’s always an item clue, a clothing clue and a critter clue, but I don’t see that pattern here except the backpack. 🤷♀️ But I’m not mad about no Halloween things. We do have a ton of stuff, and maybe there will be a couple of new ones. We’ll see.
I feel like we have so many Halloween items already so I'd really love some more cozy fall items!

I immediately thought of Coco and Dia de los Muertos ! That would be great because we would also have items associated with Halloween (like skulls and skeletons).
PS: I've been playing since day 1 and even though I have all the star paths, I find that we don't have enough Halloween 😅🧡
They will make Halloween star path next month. Because they seem to be off on the holiday stuff. It would be cool if they had a Halloween starpath, thanksgiving and xmas. Just things to do for those holidays because i am getting bored of the same stuff after your done with the quest. If they did that it would bring me back to wanting to play.
With Sally on the road map for LATER this year, i guess it's turning red items next starpath. Blended holiday theme for the nightmare before christmas at christmas NEXT starpath. 🎄 💀 but a few emojis and crafting events give them some wiggle room so who knows.

I believe we will have a nightmare before Christmas star path when Sally comes with late Halloween/Christmas stuff. This one might have some other theme, unfortunately some people don't have a lot of Halloween stuff yet so that's a bummer, but I'm sure a lot of it will come back on premium shop anyway
I think it’s day of the dead / coco themed and the last thing I think is a Dreamstyle for mushu.
if this is a coco Starpath which still would still be Halloween related, I wonder what the dream style character will be.
My guesses...
1. Soul (looks like a spark and the music notes can symbolize jazz music)
2. I'm stumped so I'm stealing Turning Red
3. Pete's Dragon (since people can ride on his back)

I think with 6 emojis we are jumping the gun on thinking it's not Halloween related or that means there is no new Halloween items at all coming. This is just 3 of the items in the Star Path. Just because it isn't obviously Halloween doesn't mean it isn't or there couldn't be new Halloween or fall items in the Star Path. I have no idea what these items could be but maybe its Coco related like some are saying. Also maybe they have been listening to us and are making the event have new items for us to get too. I really hope so. I would be far more disappointed if they just gave us the same event and no new items for the 3rd year in a row.

I feel like it's a long shot, and possibly may never happen, however. Starpaths usual lest at least a month, meaning it'll run through November if this is the same.
November 5th here in the UK is bonfire night/firework night, and other names people refer to it as. So maybe that's part of the path? Big firework shows, big fires. A celebration.
What about the people like myself who's had to start again because my game was broken on switch

We don't know what the hints mean or the star path theme yet, so it's way too early to start complaining.

I definitely would like some more Halloween items. Does it have to be in a Star Path tho? In the grand scheme, not necessarily, but I absolutely would love more Halloween and autumn items in general. Same with Christmas since I started playing after Christmas last year.

I honestly was wondering if we were going to be getting the fireworks songs (Happily Ever After or Wishes) I feel like that would be such a fun addition to the game & to be able to shoot off our own audible fireworks. I do agree also with the companion backpack guess!

I would love some Halloween items since I joined the game way after those past Halloween starpaths took place. Also, these emojis are so hard to guess this time! My favourite interpretation is in one of the replies to this on reddit when someone said that fist and microphone is Mike getting punched and the backpack one is us carrying drunk Mushu back home in a backpack 🤣🤣
Dragon Backpack might be items based on American Dragon Jake Long, a show where a teenager could turn into a dragon
I also mentioned this on one of Serroh's videos, but I think its going to be a villain's theme with fantasmic interlaced. Who's the big villian from Fantasmic? Maleficent.

I understand the disappointment if there is no Halloween in the update as a lot of people are newish to the game and don't have a lot of Halloween items. I think it is too early to get upset over it though. We have only had three hints. There could very well be Halloween in the update.
My forgotten lands is totally Halloween themed and half of my frosted heights is Christmas. I think most people like themed things especially for holidays and they gave us perfect biomes fot it. This is my first Halloween star path so I'm super excited. I just started playing in March so im hoping there are past items in star paths become available in the premium shop 😊
There are quite a few people who started playing after the full release. they have not had an autumn season at all yet. no Halloween yet.
I really want it to be Coco related because day of the dead is pretty similar to Halloween and I wished they did a witchy themed star path because I wanted to make my forgotten lands into witchy inspired den. I did miss the first Halloween star path so I barely have anything to put in my forgotten lands
You can never have too many Halloween items! Especially for someone that's newer, never experienced a Halloween star path, and keeps getting robbed with their dream snaps/doesn't have enough moonstones to buy items in the premium shop (and they're not getting another penny from me until the "bug fix" list stops being 200 items long every update!). Though I am kind of over all the pumpkins. More scary/spooky things and less pumpkins please.

I do NOT need another dedicated Halloween star path.
The old star paths must return so that there are no these problems. of course with conditions.I still believe that if instead of 300 moonstones you are penalized with 1000 and instead of 1 month you have 2 weeks to complete tasks, those are enough penalties.Of course it must also be random, in the event section there are only two paths, the new and the old, and this one is random from all the ones we have, you don't know which one you get.And you can't make two star paths at the same time.

i would like a feature where you have the option to give stacks of gifts to villagers if you know you know also they need to fix coats with skirts to be wearable together again the hanfu outfit iyou cant wear together which was last star path it also limits dream snaps
We can't be 100% sure that we aren't getting any Halloween items just yet. It's a pretty big festival so we'll definitely get some halloween items. As for the Emojis i'm clueless really 😵💫 except for 🎒🐲 = Raya and the Last Dragon
I feel like we need another Halloween starpath even mixed with Fall items because we need more of those too! I get they have an event for Halloween and they already had 2 starpaths that they could add to the premium shop for new players but for the OG players they need to give new items!!

I think there will be a few Halloween item possible 1/2 mix , coco would be a gd compromise to and seems so fit from what ive read my guesses are fireworks with sound effects, a mic to carry and im hoping a croc in a backpack but seems more premium shop so more like a croc wearing a backpack or the obvious and backpack with a dragon on or it being shaped that way. As for Halloween item a few more would be nice more witch black cat themed etc rather than pumpkins etc 😊

Yep I am another one disappointed it didn't seem very Halloween or fall related. I get they will eventually struggle to do more Halloween each year but fall themed would have been great too ( and I am in Australia so it's spring but I don't mind celebrating seasons even when it isn't that season here). Probably doesn't help that nobody knows what these emoji could mean so it's hard to get excited about it yet. Anyway glad we still have a starpath and I am sure it will be good even if it's not the themes I had hoped for 😊

Sally will be the update after this one, Timon and Pumba are coming first in October and Sally shows on the DDV roadmap late 2024 so probably the Christmas one.
I have Xbox and Repunzel won’t progress past the shiny object her mom left her. She won’t take it. So I’m stuck! Hopefully this will be fixed.

The parks are already decorated with halloween decor so of course we want it for the game.

I've been playing since the beginning, a few days into early access so I have everything apart from one Star Path I missed. I have all the Halloween items which I obviously would love some more but I'm not fussed if the next ones Halloween related or not. Coco would be cool. I think everyone should be happy with whatever outcome considering you can play the game for absolutely free. I don't like the fact people are complaining. I know it all depends on when you started to play the game if you missed out on certain things but the developers don't want to make things repetitive for the people who have been playing since the start. You aren't going to be able to please everyone! 🥰🥰

I can definitely understand why the backlash with the new star path clues, Halloween and Christmas are two major holidays the majority of people enjoy whether one holiday more than the other and to not have an obvious clue of the coming holiday can be seen as disappointing and from a marketing point kind of odd since you want the most amount of people to be excited for it. I was hoping for more Hocus Pocus fall items since last year was more pirate stuff and the first Halloween star path had the normal Halloween decorations and a ton of motifs.
The emojis are very hard to interpret this time around, the only one I could kinda guess was the last one with the backpack and dragon could be dragon wings maybe but the others are just not so helpful as to what movie or anagram they are trying to say.
I'm always excited though for new Star paths so I will be waiting for more info on this one cause it's very much needed.

I have been saving moonstones for Halloween stuff as I wanted to turn my forgotten lands in go a Halloween area I have only been playing a year so last Halloween I didn't understand starpaths premium shops and dreamsnaps so I didn't get some stuff others did. However I'm happy we're getting a new starpath. Not really fussed it's not Halloween just please to be doing something else and getting rewards and moonstones for it.
I thought it was festival accessory wings im still expecting it to be Halloween themed with loads of light up items i can't see any reason why they couldn't or wouldn't do a Halloween star path every year for years with the amount of events villains spooky themed movies and endless possibilities for items designs there is for Halloween but i guess it's possible that you could be right and they might just scrap Halloween star paths

It sounds like disney parade. The fireworks from the castle, and parade sounds, bay max does fist bumb, dragon is maleficient parade wagon. Also the next dlc is maleficient and hades. When i finished jafar dlc they teased these 2 surrounded with candles. So maybe they wait with halloween en villains items due to that dlc ?
