on console you have to hit rb to spot and i see his enemies getting spotted without pointing and also while shooting and also spotting multiple enemies is this an auto spot hack?
Idk about console. this is pc in pc your spotting key is in the keyboard, and shooting key is in the mouse, so you can do both shooting and spotting at the same time.
We don't use arrow keys we use (WASD) to move around and Q to spot and they are next to each other and u can press them all together with your left hand while your right hand does the aiming and shooting with the mouse

left hand is on the direction keys right in mouse and third hand spamming the sporting button all while moving firing bs
