AntiHero no, he didn't steal anything from Thailand. He just made the sauce sauce base on the Sriracha town's recipe. He made 3 kind of sauces
      Indonesian chili sauce
      Vietnamese garlic chili sauce
      Thai Sriracha chili sauce
And the most famous sauce of all the 3 sauces is the Thai Sriracha chili sauce

It's regrettable that both Underwood Ranch and Huy Fong Foods have terminated their business partnerships. Underwood Ranch emerged victorious and is prospering, while Huy Fong Foods is facing challenges with new suppliers due to unpredictable weather conditions over the past three years. As a result, the price of a 28 oz bottle has escalated significantly, ranging from $30 to as high as $130, compared to its usual affordable price of $5 to $10. Let’s hope for the best for Huy Fong Foods to return even better.

It was very pity that the plagiarists were praised. Why don't we consider some trade etiquette even though the original product owner still doesn't yet register the copyright of the product name? This is the oppression of poor producers. It is an example that should not be glorified at all.
It's not a matter of flavor or sauce. But we want to make a complaint for fairness to the brand owner. Is it fair that the creator of Fakes gets rich and famous? While the real owner of the goods could only do the local market and trade like a poor merchant. Don't praise the plagiarist. but support the real owner
Note that the Vietnamese have many famous Chinese and Vietnam dishes. But why use the name of Thai products to produce the same type of product? The Thai producer is a local villager. His family products have been famous and accepted in nearby countries. It's a shame to convince buyers that they originated the source. It is deplorable and disgraceful.
It is true that people in different nations have different selfish and exploitative habits. The owner of Sriracha Sauce is half Chinese and didn't actually invent the sauce. The truth is that his real Thai wife created it to improve the taste of seafood sauce. Husband and family are just eaters.
    …………………….
Please note, no one ever mentioned the person behind the scenes, that person is the wife of the owner of Sriracha sauce products, who is a real Thai lady and is the one who served her family members the sauce for seafood. Please also note that the seasoning including chili not brought from China. His wife who establish recipes for cooking, did not copy the recipe from anywhere else. Give her credits.

I saw the other video of him speaking and he hopes to improve the flavour and make is quote "Spicier and spicier" so he must have toned down the reicipe to sell it around the Chinatown and surrounding areas. It sounds like a man who did not compromise - but he must have done otherwise he hadn't he would have no market today! She says customers said it was too spicy at one point and it's certainly not too spicy these days.
His vision is to make a very spicey one and I'd buy it. However, he probably does want to make a very spicy now he has money, but of course if you make this bottle his vision and very spicy then a bottle will last the consumer likely alot longer and it would affect sales.

It's the name of the town in Thailand and people their made this sauce for more than 70 years. Just like Tabasco made in Louisiana and I wouldn't use the name Tabasco and claimed it my own, I'd suggest you can go for Saigon or Ho Chi Minh sauce, It'd be O.K.
