It is advisable for individuals planning to settle in nz, residents, PR, and citizens to start their kiwi savers as soon as possible to help you set up for retirement. Hello Is it advisable to apply for nursing registration in New Zealand before 2024 and then prepare for the CAP (Competence Assessment Program) or would it be better to wait until 2024 and take the NCLEX exam? I'm considering this in light of the economic conditions.

    • @NurseKnowHow
      @NurseKnowHow 8 месяцев назад

      Hi, if you get CGFNS verified by 2024 you'll likely have to take the on-line theory examination and OSCE. CAP cost up to 13k NZD which is a 9 - 12 week programme, I don't have any information yet of how much would it cost for the exam and OSCE but I personally believe that it is not as expensive as CAP. The new process is a 2--day orientation and a 3-hour OSCE when you are already in NZ after you pass the online test overseas. I hope that helps. All the best 👍

      Ang ginawa ko po para makatipid, nagrent ako ng room na may solo cr and bills included. So gastos ko lng po sa rent at bills is 1000 nzd per month. Single po kasi ako kaya pde un ganun set up. May mga mas mura pang room for rent, nag start ako 800 nzd per month lng noon.. nag upgrade lng ako hehe
      If may family, I suggest po outside Auckland po magwork at tumira dahil mas affordable po ang coat of living sa places like Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, etc...

    Hi Sir!
    Do you have an idea if they are including the years of experience as a Company/Clinic Nurse?
    Thanks and God bless!

      Yes they might consider it. Depende na din po sa employer 😊

    Sir required po ba talaga na 2 years experience muna bago mag apply as NZRN from being a UKRN po?

    • @johnfelixmartin
      @johnfelixmartin  3 года назад

      2yrs requirement ng NZ. If wala ka pang 2 yrs na nurse, kailangan mo pa mag gain ng experience. Pero if nurse ka na for more than 2 yrs sa pinas, at less than a yr ka plng na ukrn. You might be exempted sa cap to be nzrn

      I prefer po NZ sa salary, sa benefits almost the same lang naman. I think pag may kids ka may allowance sila from govt sa ireland, dto ata sa nz wala
