Songs like this prove that the most beautiful songs don't necessarily get millions and millions of hits, like hidden diamonds in a secret vault.
That's because people have tastes. if a song isn't famous it's because the masses don't like it, just individuals.
IHvaelysDexia It actually means that there are still people out there who won't "go with the flow" just because their friends or all of the "populars" are doing the same thing. After all, only a dead fish follows the flow of the stream.

found this song in my old playlist from 7 years ago, so much memories. so much has happened since then. im no longer the same person that listened to this back in 2013, but one thing Im sure is that the emotions are the same
captivatingly gorgeous piece of art. You are absolutely amazing.......This whole album is grammy worthy. My lord im such a fan now........and I dont generally gravitate towards male singers....but you are the exception my friend. The emotion is effortless and beautiful. Great work.

For me this song talk about the trails and tribulations faced by Sam and Kurt as youtube music producer and singer and how its worth overcoming them, self doubt creeping in but always falling back on the belief of the end rewards. Stumbling through mistakes they realize exposure and publicity (via concert performances) maybe the way and not to walk away too soon from pursuing their dreams.
