How did the creative community organize the production of bulletproof vests?
Earlier, the capital's group of artists organized creative camps and theater projects.
Today the organization is engaged in the production of anti-tank hedgehogs, stoves and bulletproof vests; recording the "Podcast of Military Kyiv" and keeping a diary of "Memories of the War".

Good stuff! World War II showed us that you cannot conquer a people unless you first break their will, and you cannot break the will of a people who refuse to be broken.
For a fast effort and makeshift materials, the build quality is excellent. It will not achieve the same kind of protection possible from more advanced materials like ceramics, but it will give it's wearers a chance to survive and fight on, whether they are soldiers or ambulance drivers or just ordinary people carrying on. I hope we in the west will continue to send even more and better gear.

Не знаю как там по пробиваемости, но по защищённой площади бронежелеты не тянут даже на полицейские. Очень сомневаюсь что в пластинах использована подходящая сталь. Лучше получить целую пулю, чем деформированную с фрагментами выбитого метала. Такой брони я бы не надел.

там закалена бронесталь, робили обстріли в мвс
так, це взагалі не еквівалент професійний бронікам
більше - це плитоноски + бронеплити, обклеїні антирекошетником (резина, яку хлопці ріжуть на відео) та демпфером (прошарком що зм'якшує контат плити та тіла)
3 рівен захисту , близькі відстані (менше 15 м) з 7.62 не тримає, тримає - 5.45 і до 15 м 7,62
кераміка та кевлера, безумовно ліпші
