thanks and greetings from germany :-) finally my girl can use the phone without bigger problems....but still after the bypass and factory reset we have the retail-mode-app on the phone. maybe is branding direct q the factory....we try it very often but we can´t delete the app 100% but know because of your demonstration we can switch of the phone and start it with the main button and she can use finally the finger-print-option ....thanks again
