I love what you've said about how you don't always need to spend money to try new things. There are so many other resources out there. It definitely makes me nervous at first, but I'm getting more comfortable with trading, gifting items, introducing myself to my neighbors, and asking for favors. I joined this Facebook group called Buy Nothing for my area and it's really helped me do this. It's a group dedicated to gifting free things to your neighbors. I don't have a lot of friends or family in my town right now, so if I wanted to learn to cook new foods, this group is who I would turn to. 😊

I’m 26 and my interests are all over the place but ultimately I do have a plan and that’s to transition from my current career in finance to marketing at some sort of an agency. - interior design - digital marketing - blogging, starting a lifestyle RUclips channel - aviation and travel - metalworking to make my own jewelry - cooking creole cuisine - thrifting to resell on eBay - going back to school to get my esthetician’s license so I can work at a medical spa doing various laser treatments part time - nutrition and exercise science(almost majored in dietetics instead of finance back when I was in college) - hot yoga - archery
Im so glad i saw this video now. Yesterday i reffused to go to the gym cuz I was ashamed of my acne. For 2 years I've been working this job that i dont like (i'm still there) but i think this is the right moment to change everything. I will try my best
I agree! We wait for the perfect moment or the right resources to propel us to pursue our dreams far but we are students of life. Learn whenever you can/ wherever you are in life! Dreams start small, so don’t expect to be great overnight. 😁

I dont know if this is off topic, but I think that financial literacy is incredible important when talking about „pursuing your dreams“. I think that everyone should be able to pursue the things they love, but most dont, cause nowadays people tend to trade time for money, getting stuck in 9-to-5 jobs. So I think its really important that people learn how to make a living without trading their time for things they hate. Learn how taxes work, how to invest or how to build your own assets...idk but I think, sometimes people tend to forget that they have a choice and are not bound to 40 years of boring jobs

I love all these tips! 💗 Acne has held me back from many things and I’m still learning to be comfortable in my skin (I don’t have acne but I do have scarring.) I used Neutrogena the longest (and still use some products). If you’re passionate about something, it is absolutely possible! I love how you brought up and are encouraging us to find others who can help us learn a skill for (almost) free! I mean, we could exchange talents too! 😊
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. It really got me going to put more effort into working on the things I want to pursue. I'm super happy that I was crocheting while watching this video bc its something I've wanted to learn for a long time bc my grandma does it soooo well (honestly mind-blowing) and I finally took this summer to have her teach me how to do it.
