This much km in one day is not good for the Engin, it will reduce your mileage by 10 percent in short run.

Where did you get the Aprilia decal for the underbelly and Air intake ????
For air intake from the showroom and the decal got it fixed from a local shop... It was difficult to get it fixed but after several tries was able to.. incase you want to opt for it drop a ping on insta will have it sent over bro

Improper break in, engine & its parts including brakes get properly settled only over a period of time, adequate cooling reheating stop start go idling acceleration deceleration different loads all factors cannot be imitated in a day rather requires days/months. However this abuse will test if the 457 is built to last

Mileage is a little bit too less considering power and size of engine
Depends bro, TBH I have got a mileage of 30 in eco mode riding on a nominal speed around 100-110 on highways. In city conditions depends bro i haven't actually tested but to my knowledge i guess it should be somewhere around 18kmpl
