Gary opposed against the Hugo Banzer dictadorship, tried to coup against the Narc-dictador Garcia Meza with his 8th Division, however he was destined away, where his plans didn't come to precision. My uncle Gary Prado was a victim by the totalitarian-narco government of Evo Morales (M.A.S/Movimiento Al Socialismo - Movement Towards Socialism) and was arrested in home for more than 10 years. Tormented, he never gave up. He lived by his principles, teaching history in a university and staying true to himself until he passed away. He always felt pity for Ernesto Guevara, he wrote a extraordinary book about his experience, called: The sacrificed guerrilla. A detailed analysis about Che's failure. Many people interviewed him, some journalist attacking him for "killing" Che. He never killed him, he captured him alive and gave him towards the Bolivian authorities where they senteced to be shot for the crimes of invading bolivian and killing bolivians.
Any communist regim formed by a radical revolution was a regim of terror. It was the permanent terror, because they wanted create a vision of an ideal human in an ideal society without classes 🌟. The nazis used a similar terror, even if the ideology was not the same, a combinaison of racism (creating a "new pure race" more strong) of nationalism, and a part of "socialism" with the promess to give to German people a new society, a new order without misery 🌟. It was the same lies. Communists and nazis wanted the World changes in their direction, with their vision of the "New Man" in a "pure" society according to their ideologies 🌟
