    I think Penn State should be favored vs ND. ND won last night because of a Fumble and a kickoff return. Outside of that, they had a weak offense. Penn State has been playing much better offense and has an elite defense. As long as Franklin doesn't screw it up, I think Penn State beats ND convincingly

    • @caseyschoenleber1760
      @caseyschoenleber1760 16 дней назад +1

      Yeah I thought it would be penn state -1.5
      I dont think ND has the passing attack to give PSU enough problems. Riley will have to play a perfect game for ND to get this W.
      Conversely, I'm not so sure ND is going to be able to stop penn state on the ground for 4 quarters. Should be a great game, but I like how my nittany lions match up against this Irish team.

      No, you're right. ND doesn't have a Tyler Warren to throw to. They have multiple different receivers to throw to all over the field. Leonard does not rely on one go-to receiver. Also, 3 good running backs and a very strong, fast, hard-hitting defense that has forced the most turnovers in college football this year.

That said, the fact that Michigan... has more wins against Bama than Kirby speaks volumes. Kirby has been going downhill fast. Maybe it was Monken and Bennett that carried the team and maybe Kirby isn't the superstar coach everyone has been touting. Because Kirby absolutely got outcoached this year.

    Lol @ everyone comparing PSU to Georgia...especially with a backup QB starting in his first game. Penn State has a way better QB, 2 better RBs (etienne hasnt been healthy all year) and a way better reciever in Warren...whos obviously much more than just a reciever.
    This game is gonna be very close. Penn State needs to pick up the blitzes and cause enough disruption of their own and not let Riley scramble for big yards on broken plays and i think they can pull this one out.

    • @dvbagnasco
      @dvbagnasco 16 дней назад

      Maybe, but can you put up more than 13 points which is what Notre Dame's defense has been giving up on average all year. All whole averaging 38 points a game on offense.

    • @Redbirdsfan1970
      @Redbirdsfan1970 14 дней назад

      UGA's offense is ranked much lower than PSU statistically. They definitely have a better run game. They are also statistically much better on defense than UGA. The guy on the left routinely shows he doesn't know much about football. We root for UGA and PSU in my household and watched all their games. UGA is very well coached but executed poorly way too often. Most dropped balls in CFB. 102nd running game. Defense is like 52nd. PSU is better across the board. Does UGA have some absolute studs? Yes, but they also have guys laying eggs all over the place.

    The only reason anybody thought Georgia was gonna win is because George’s an SEC school. The SEC used to run college football for two decades they don’t anymore. And don’t throw Texas in my face because Texas has been an SEC school for less than a year.

  • @Kevin-ij9wt

    I think we have to reevaluate the strength of schedule arguement a bit. It has been assumed for a long time that SEC schools have a stronger strength of schedule because they play their conference games against othet SEC schools and its always assumed those schools just have to be elite. But are they really elite? Clearly not this year. Yet SEC achools with 3 losses were whining about not making the playoffs. Who says Georgia had a tougher schedule than OSU, PSU, or ND? Maybe they looked good by beating other overhyped, over rated SEC schools that have for the most part been taken to the woodshed when playing non SEC programs in the bowl games. The bowl games have made it clear that this year and probably going into the future the Big 10 is the best conference.

      Well, let's count how many starters are out for the season for Notre Dame..... Benjamin Morrison, Rhylie Mills, Charles Jagusah, Bubacor Traore, all on defense.... plus Jeremiah Love is playing in a bad knee. Notre Dame is just as, maybe more, beat up than Georgia.

    Oregon would smoke Texas. They barely scraped by ASU. Ducks would beat ASU by 20+. Imagine what Ohio State is going to do to them. It’s going to be a slaughter.
    Ohio State has a senior laden roster that has been together for 4-5 years, all highly rated recruits, and then they added the best Offensive player in the country, and the best defensive player in the country. They should have been doing this all year. Their coaches finally pulled their head out of their ass.
