Howard Porter had a great game in the 1971 NCAA Title game vs UCLA . This is where Porter got the MOP award for the tournament. Maybe the dome was meant for the Power forwards and Not the centers. Porter took it to Sidney Wicks in that title game

Jay Norman ( ucla asst. coach )told Wooden that the Box and 1 Defense would slow the Big E down. and with George Reynolds out for Houston ( Point Guard )- Houston wasn't going to win the Rematch. This was the Game of the Century = Greatest college Game Ever !!!!!
