Hello, nice tutorial, can canva videos used for youtube?
Quick question, when you dragged the video of the stars into the page it turned into the background but when I tried that it just sits on top of my background. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I bought the pro recently because I wanted to make RUclips videos. When I record a voice over it doesn’t apply to all the slides just one slide. Am I missing something?

Are video assets able to transfer over to multiple slides? I was struggling with that, might have to go back to Adobe premier to get what I want done

Hi there,
music from the Canva library is copyright free. Just make sure to link your social media account (like RUclips) to Canva by using the "More" button, then "RUclips". That way RUclips should recognize you are a Canva user and not give you copyright strikes for musing coming from the library.

I downloaded a Canva MP4 family video to my Windows 7 laptop. Now I want to burn that MP4 to a DVD.
I've tried several different free software solutions without success. One however did work, but put a watermark on my MP4. I want to burn it to a DVD as an MP4 file NOT an mpeg or anything else.

Hi. Thank you for the videos. I am having a few problems with Canvas. 1) I do not want the animations to start all at once when the page opens. It's too much for some viewers, too much going on. How Can I control the animation to start after one or two seconds after the page opens?
I also would like to control the speed of the animations.
2) Imagine I have two videos on the same presentation page (that will become a mp4 file). On the top of the page, a person asking the question and in the middle, the person answering the question. (The videos were recorded when there was no social media and follow a natural question/answer format; so there is no way to rerecord it). Imagine the rectangle on the top of the page containing the video with the person asking the question should ask the question and then freeze. The rectangle in the middle of the page containing the video with the person answering the question can only start once the question (on top) was asked and the image is frozen. As is, Canvas doesn't seem to allow me to control the start of each video separately.
3) I am using a video for "background" and another video with the interview. I have "cut" the interview video to the extent I needed. Why does it keep playing in a loop?
4) The software is good could really use some redesigning. Finding the tools is cumbersome. For a design firm that cannot make it simple, more Windows-like or iMac-like is trying to reinventing the wheel. Why can't the user save its favorite filters and adjustments? Every time I want to add shadows to text I have to start from the beginning, adjusting everything from the start. If I want the same shadow style on three boxes, guess what! You cannot choose a "favorite" style you created or a copy and past style/duplicate.

Hi there, I have a technique which may solve your problem in Question 1. When I create the FIRST slide/page, I duplicate it before I add any animation. On the original first slide, I apply timing of 0.5 to 1.0 second - it is "static", doesn't animate, but lasts on the screen for 0.5 to 1.0 second. I apply animation to all the other slides I need, but NOT the first slide. I use this all the time, I hope it helps. :-) PS - this is not the "video" option in canva, this is when I create an animated Project and download as a video.
