Hi friend...I like all your tutorials...I have one doubt... Is it possible to enable both RSTP and per vlan STP at the same time?. Please advise... Thanks...
FGowthamraj F Thanks a lot friend...Also in one of my network topology where multiple vlans are there, i need to make one of the switches as root switch for all vlans by controlling the priority...In such a case, i need STP or RSTP? I can understand RSTP gives faster convergence time... but just want to confirm.. also do i need pvst in this case? as any ways i am going to manually make one switch as root switch for all vlans... Please let me know your comments... Thanks a lot in advance..
