All else were bums, and the ones he did face that were tough and showed no fear, kicked the crap out of him ---- Holyfield, Lennox, Buster-------- whereas Lennox has defeated every fighter he ever faced ---- including the 2 losses. - Golota might be considered a good win, but it was ruled a no-contest as Tyson did drugs before the fight. People say, yes, but look at the ammo he was throwing and shipping. It seemed to me though that world champions should be better conditioned. It felt as though Briggs was stopped before Lewis collapsed.
If you think that was exhaustion then you haven't seen many high class boxing matches. How many times did Ali stand with his hands by his sides, many many times, was that exhaustion? You have to have many years watching (and getting in the ring) boxing to know what exhaustion looks like.
Are you an idiot? If you think he wasn't exhausted then you haven't seen Lewis much, never mind boxing in general. As for comparing that to Ali...!
He wasn't exhausted, he was hurt.
I miss Lennox lewis 😭
lennox is the biggest champ ever... tyson, evander, klitchok...he beat all the biggest names...just wiki lennox fight chart and no doubt lennox is the greatest..
He dodged tyson in his prime
+Khan Ali always an excuse. Except the fact that Lewis was a much better boxer.
+Khan Ali That's funny because I thought Tyson fought Holy rather than Lennox and then paid Lennox to step aside? Anyway, Tyson was only good when he faced people who were afraid (typical bully).
+foadiron +Zexzy Good thing no one pays any attention to you two clowns, cause neither of you know what the fuck you're talking about.
Well you replied so.. you must of "paid attention" say what you want, Lewis was much better than tyson. So it obvious you don't know what you're talking about. History states it.
Valiant effort. Brooklyn stand up!!! Love u Briggs
the last dodge from Lewis had such perfect timing
ah so this is the briggs that briggs thinks he still is
The champ or chump?
Dude got a chin with with that steriod
Damn, Briggs had the heart of a Lion.
This man Briggs lost all his hair.
What does that have to do with boxing? 🤔
Why did I get notified for this WTF 😂😂
The last dodge was amazing
Briggs was one of the most underated fighters of all time, messed up how HBO did him.
He was a bum. If he was so great he would have won this.
@@justbreakingballs : People are a little too fast and loose with the word "bum." He fought the champion and the almost had him knocked out in the 1st round.
This was one tough fight for Lewis
So was his fight with Frank Bruno. Big strong guys!
@@ALV-gs1xg damn Lewis ducked no one in the era of absolute greats and true boxing legends
Top 5 HW for me
lewis would of killed fury
Agreed , don't think Fury would have lasted long now if he had the balls to fight
Briggs was brave but he didn't have the same skill as Lewis , Briggs tried to take Lewis out in one round and he spent himself in doing so . Fury would not of lived with either of these two in their prime especially Lewis but I think Briggs would of been too much for him as well. . heavyweight boxing just isn't like it used to be.
BoAMightyreds boxing isnt dead. it just isnt on as much as ufc. if boxing ran championship fights like ufc. ufc would be a afterschool tv speacial
100% sure
Gawain Davies fury played with vlad who is basically the lennox lewis of the 21st century
1:48 the big boss 🙌🙌
That was an epic battle. Full respect!
I like how this showed up in my recommended section after Logan Paul lost
Lennox lewis possibly the greatest heavyweight of all time
Definitely - he fought all the top heavyweights and beat them all.... Lennox is the GOAT.... Tyson is just a third rate bully who ducked & ran from all the big guns - look at the list of folks the supposed "Iron" Mike ducked - Tua, Briggs, Morrison, Lennox early on, Foreman, Mercer, Vitali, Bowe - and Lennox beat ALL these guys except Foreman (Bowe ducked Lewis) - Lennox faced every fighter of top caliber and went through some wars, came out on top - not like bully Tyson who folded like a paper bag when faced with any remote resistance and got his ass kicked by crap fighters like McBride & Danny W. - truth be told, the only real fighters Tyson beat were 3 - Razor Ruddock & Bruno. LENNOX RULES!
not 3 - 2 fighters, Golota was not a clean win
What about Muhammad Ali?
Briggs was bad defensively, but was a good opener!!
1:53 Like a boss...
2:13 “Now when we have an opponent like Briggs.. ooo.”💀💀
briggs did pretty good in this. the highlights dont show it
Lewis would destroy Joshua fury wilder and anyone current
Easy
Easily.
Facts bro
He said himself Fury would have given him the best fight of the current guys
Me
Think the same !
He is a Lion with the instinct of this game !
2:33 😂😂😂 he actually knocked himself out...
Karthik Saravanan do you not know the difference between ko and knock downs?
👍
Osama Bin Laden He's saying that because the fight got called off when he fell over, its recorded as a KO on their records
1:50 when a dbz char has a power up and doesn't flinch anymore
