We love Bro. Jared Dixon and his wife, Not only is he a fantastic preacher but he and his wife always give us beautiful music. They have a way of singing and promoting the old-time revival music that we all love and long for. We follow all his meetings when we can and look forward to seeing them more. God bless him and his family.

Sounds nothing like that in real life.

@@nc28144 have you noticed that all ind. bap. Pastors sound exactly the same? Have a conversation with Jared in real life and then listen to him preach. Not even close.

Oh. Ok. I always chalked it up to the “preaching” tone. Like how a singer sounds different when singing versus carrying a conversation. I’ve seen a lot of preachers on RUclips who are doing more teaching instead of preaching. So they sound like they are carrying a conversation.

@@nc28144 I want you to seriously sit and think about what you just said. I want you to study the scripture and find out the difference between preaching and teaching. Hint: it has nothing to do with how loud you get or how you inflect your voice. I promise you I could stand up and imitate those guys like Jared and sound just like them. But I’m not performing when I preach. You should not sound totally different than you do in normal conversation.

@@gbarneycastle I had a pastor come to check in a guest pastor at our hotel a couple of weeks ago and I told the pastor that i wanted to hear a good old fashion baptist sermon so he invited me to come to the revival which I did and I tell you he got my attention, I didn’t go to sleep and have been back to that church for every service since minus Sunday nights being I’m at work watching the service. Nothing fake or showman about Pastor Jared.
