Dude I wish they would remaster this, this game and Avatar for the 360 were my absolute favorite games growing up, I spent so much time on both, and had so much fun playing both of them
This game being backwards compatible on the XBOX One was the greatest thing Microsoft has ever done. Even though this was one of the last lineup of backwards compatibility games.
i randomly remembered a spongebob game i used to play back when i was like 6 years old ( iam 13 now) and decided to look up spongebob games on the xbox 360 in hopes of finding it,watching the gameplay made me almost cry as all the memories were flooding in

@@Wizardjones69 idk if these would count, but there's Atlantis Squarepantis for the DS, Plankton's Robotic Revenge and Heropants. They're all 3d platformers as well (well idk if Robotic Revenge is, I haven't played it).
While I like this game I always got frustrated at it as a kid, I could never get past the Christmas level and I always thought it felt cheaply made compared to other SpongeBob games imo, but despite that I still have some nostalgia for this game.
I remember playing this as a kid and i was stuck in the Freezer level,i only past this level after 2 weeks,and i thought the camera was bad but overall,really nice game
I remember playing this to the point of near-100%ing it and then deciding to sell it for some reason. Now I don't even have an Xbox 360, but I plan on getting it on the Wii.

Apparently this game was going to be originally called Happiness Squared and it was probably going to be a different game as well according to the early trailer. But apparently Nickelodeon wanted it to be a tie in with the special this game is based on for some reason. While I do like the game, I also wish it was better or at least equally as good as BFBB and the movie game.

The psp version has 2 extra levels some parts in levels changed a little bit in the psp version like the jellyfish cave or the robot in the first jellyfish cutscene There’s not much for me to say expect that it’s sad that mr krab’s voice actor is pretty messed up in this game like Bfbb, super sponge, and spongebob typing!
For Mr. Krabs, they got Bob Joles to voice the character in this game instead of his usual voice actor, Clancy Brown, this isn't the first time this happened in the games, both on PC and on consoles.

@@blademountain6691 I'm aware of that. Clancy Brown in the voice actor of Mr. Krabs IN THE ACTUAL TV SHOW AND MOVIES. But in THIS GAME, it's Bob Joles doing Mr. Krabs' voice.
If you don’t know what I meant by this, it shows SpongeBob trying to remember where the formula is, but ends up forgetting it. Finding Nemo even referenced SpongeBob SquarePants itself when Nemo says Sandy and Plankton.
I don't think you could check if you can get it through Xbox live gold games but if I'm not mistaken it's only for Xbox gold and not PC's Xbox live gold

The camera angles on the gumball sections being locked was terrible.
