I paid off a farm with the money I’d saved up for our new site and shop. One thing about Cole, he’s not afraid to get specific about details. I ended up getting a loan for stupid cheap and paid off land instead. Land principle payments don’t lower your taxes, but equipment and infrastructure payments do.

Reese I hope you have better luck with your new bin than Cole the cornstar is having with they're new one. Broken welds, sumps didn't open dump pit burns off belts about once a week, and now the cement under the wet holding bin is cracked so bad its unsafe to use and the ceme6 under the one 128000 bushel bin is also cracking. They're currently suing the contractor but can't talk about it. I enjoy your videos. I work on a 3000 acre farm in Southern Minnesota and finished harvest Sunday.
