Even if your parents don't pressure you to be a successful athlete. When you are talented and care for your hardworking parents, you will apply that peessure to yourself. Additionally, when people consistently praise your talents and abilities, it hits that much harder when you don't achieve your dream. The tunnel vision that you develop trying to be great at that one thing because there's NO possible way you can fail is a double-edged sword. You've never imagined yourself as anything but that thing and plan B - Z never feel quite "right" Love that you've escaped that dark place, it takes a long time and many people become lost. I wish you continued growth in both wealth and health 🙏🏾

Damn, I really feel you bro especially the part about wanting to better the life of your parents. I feel the same way in life when I see my mom and Grandma still working. I want to change it so bad.
Bro honestly the struggle to stay up with others is a dream we all want sometimes. But life is what you make it. If you want it that badly put in work. Never change the goal just find a way around the obstacles. You have the mindset to do whatever you want in life. Hell we only life once anyway make the most of it.
all you needed was ramen and a headband and you and dude on the wall would have been twins. a lot of the stuff you talked about are reasons why i'm kind of torn when it comes to the nfl especially but honestly most pro sports. i love all sports without exception really but i've noticed exactly what you've said. having dated nothing but athletes on various levels in my life thats exactly what they do. basically hype your head up telling you all good things but wont be real with you. there are so many men who are stellar athletes but they do have some spots mentally or personality wise or lifestyle wise that are hinderances. they should be told i agree fully. help these young men grow into full men not just killer athletes in sport and then they are lacking in other areas because they honestly werent told or didnt know how to look for things in themselves to improve. this is long AF but great talk i really enjoyed it. you're on the money. keep it coming i think you might be what the right kind of sports youth needs. keep your head up thanks for the honesty and vulnerability there is a ton of strength in that. ok i'll shut up now LOL

I have never been gifted like you at anything , I Put a lot of work in to the things that I want / Mean a lot to me and When things don't go as well as I was expecting after putting all the work I do it gets Me really down ( I've contemplated suicide a lot of times ) . So I do kinda of get where you are coming from But I never had the pressure that you had on your shoulder being Told I was great or knowing I was great and then not having what people told Me would happen and didn't happen . So I hope that you are in a Better Place and Get to achieve a New dream .

I was really rooting for you to get the chance to play 🏈 like it was destined to be. It sucks that they didn’t give you the opportunity to be. Plus I believe ADHD is not a medical condition because majority of folks has that embedded into them. They’re not just zoned in on one thing, they think of Plan B Plan C if Plan A doesn’t work; even if it’s conversation, a convo can lead into another subject that can also be a great topic to talk about, listen and discuss.
