Brother i killed him with J.jones that was prettey solo fight . But i think you can defeat him with usual champions also
Like human torch is best option to stop her regeneration. Then anyone strong from science champions will be ok.
All you need to do don't parry her twice otherwise you will get falter debuff.
He will get 30% protection, and you can remove each that with heavy medium combo ending & sp
